Physical activity doesn’t need to be complicated. Something as simple as a
daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life.

According to Mayo Clinic, regular brisk walking can help:

• Maintain a healthy weight
• Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease and high

blood pressure
• Strengthen your bones and muscles
• Improve your mood
• Improve your balance and coordination

The faster, farther, and more frequent the walk, the greater the benefit!

MAINTENANCE

Audrey is a Shining Star.
Recently, she was at the
receiving end of innumerable
calls from residents who
wanted to know why their air
conditioning was not operating. Throughout all this,
she was as nice as ever and her usual competent
self. She is a known and trusted source of resident
confidence in dealing with mechanical and system
problems.
