- With English Translation
- Authenticated by the respective Foreign Ministry

       (Note: For Renunciation of Philippine Citizenship in Austria, kindly call the
Austrian Foreign Ministry at 050 1150-4425 or 4429 - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 
12:30pm or email: [email protected] for authentication procedures)

1. Photocopy of Austrian, Croatian, Slovak and Slovenian Passport, if available;

1. The Affidavit and Certification will be released after three (3) working days;
2. Fees:
€22.50 – Affidavit of Renunciation of Philippine Citizenship
€22.50 – Certification of Renunciation of Philippine Citizenship
€22.50 – German Translation (Optional)

Total:  €67.50

Renunciation of Philippine Citizenship

Note:

The cancellation of Philippine citizenship / passport with out having acquired Austrian, Croatian,
Slovak and Slovenian passport will make the applicant a stateless person if the Austrian,
Croatian, Slovak and Slovenian citizenship was not acquired after the cancellation of Philippine
citizenship / passport.
