Angeles area while also enhancing diversity and representation at select independent
schools.

Our placement approach is committed to expanding diversity and works to ensure that all
cultural backgrounds of each school’s faculty are representative of the diverse
communities in which each school is located. We actively support diversity at our Los
Angeles partner schools. We assist educators of color in exploring, applying to and
transitioning into a school that aligns with their educational philosophy and professional
goals.

● We make sure your application is presented to the partner schools directly.
● We’ll help you negotiate a contract and help you to represent the best version of
