Once again we are taking the time to nominate each other and your peers.
We’ve had a signicant year and there were a lot of dedicated, hard workers
in the mix, let’s recognize them!
As you know, there are two awards up for grabs:
1)The Spotlight Award - Recognizes a department that consistently demonstrates
the Stone Tile Values and stands out as a ‘star’. Our Values are a guiding force
of our behaviour and interaction with one another on a daily basis and we want
to take the
opportunity to encourage peer-to-peer recognition of excellence in
demonstrating our Company Values.
How it works:
Carefully consider one department (across all branches), outside of your own,
that you believe best represents the Stone Tile Values.
2)The Tony Dawkins Excellence Award - Recognizes an individual that
consistently excels in his/her role and demonstrates the positive
values Anthony Dawkins embodied. Tony’s values are a positive reminder
of the traits we should all aspire to have. This award will serves to honour
his legacy and spirit for years to come. The award will be presented to the
individual which best embodies and carries on Anthony Dawkins spirit
How it works:
Carefully consider one person (in each branch), that you believe best represents
Anthony Dawkins legacy. Beside each Company, select one person, you believe
most deserves this award in each location and the recognition to be
acknowledged! If you only have one name from one branch to nominate, that is
ok too.
You can return the Nomination Forms to Beatriz Albuquerque,
via email or in person by December 5th, 2019.
The winners of these special awards will be presented at the annual Holiday Party.

PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS
The referring employee must attach the candidate’s resume
to this form and submit these documents to the Human
Resources Manager. Referrals will not be accepted if a
resume or application has been submitted directly by the
applicant or by an outside agency.
Stone Tile International Inc. Employees who apply for the
Position, or provide referral resumes will be given priority
Over non-employee, non-referred applicants. The referring
Employee will be advised in writing of the outcome of the referral.
When the referred hire has completed three (3) months of
Active service, the Referring employee will receive a cheque
for the appropriate amount. Referral Bonuses will be subject
to all applicable federal and provincial taxes.
Employee Referral Program nal decisions in the event of
any disputes, all nal decisions will be made by Human Resources.
