Business card are very important to anyone who have business to expand
or to tell people what they are providing for service or what they sell. In
these business cards, it is important to put their name, contact, address,
social media page or anything as bio to make people easily reach to them.
The design I made related with the services that they provide or with the
product they sell. Also, I listed the services on the business card for ease

to the customer so that they can understand and acknowledge the
business.

3.6 PROCESS

3.7 PROCESS

For set wedding event design, the first step is to give an example of a set
design that has been prepared for customers to choose. Then the customer
will choose the design that suits their taste or choose and edit their own design
according to the customer's requirements. Next we will edit the design chosen

by the customer with the consent of the customer.

3.8 PROCESS

Most school designs processes are determined by the respective schools.
To get interesting design results, I will refer to the internet as well as down-
load images that related to the school through a free website. Next I will
design it according to the information given. Finally before printing, I will
show the design to them to get approval for the final result before we pro-

ceed with the design to print

DESIGN RATIONAL

The Set of Wedding design event are included with invitations card,
banner, bunting, door gift sticker and arrow signs. All of the item are in one
package with reasonable prices. The invitation card details are very
important to write it correctly because the host want to make sure that the
correct information are received well to their receiver. For the bunting and
banner, it have same purpose which is to hang at the event for backdrop.
While the door gift sticker, customers can put it on gift or any place for
label. Besides, the sets of arrow signs are included for the invited guests
who may not know the location or road to the event. All of the item above
are the same designs to make it looks same and standardized with each

other.

For the school design banner, as requested by the respective school, all the infor-
mation and details are placed in the banner. I highlighted most important. informa-
tion in the banner to tell the people what the main content is. The background
design must be related to schools event and also looks creative to attract the people
to read and see the banner. Also, I put some cartoon characters to make it looks

suitable and seems fun for school event

3.9 PROCESS

This woman's day celebration, I put details and formatted fonts to tell about
the importance of the greeting. After writing the details, I edited the image
provided through Adobe Photoshop to explain the image with the guidance

of my supervisor as well as obtaining references

I used bright colors in the background to brighten up the design. As well as
using clearer and more detailed fonts so that the reader can read it well and
I use the colors on the font and put the image of the chairman of the wom-
en's day celebration to further show the importance of the banner and attract

3.10 PROCESS

Label stickers process design was started with the size requested by
customers. Then, I made the shape that they wanted it to be such as
square, circle or custom shape. After discussing with the customers, the
process design proceed to the next step, which is inserted the relatable
item with the concept. The design must followed the concept and related to
the product. The next process is to make sure that all the details are correct

and clear to read. The design will be reviewed firstly before

For sticker designs, I tried to make the design simple but neat and full of important
information regarding the products or services that they sell. Most of them, I will asked
first the customers for the shape of sticker and proceed to design the sticker after they
chose the wanted shape of sticker. I put some icon and cartoon character so that

people can see what products or services that they provide through this small and
detailed stickers

3.11 PROCESS

For the starters, I talked to customers about what they want for the banner. After
deciding what the motive of the banner was, they gave me details about the
retirement event with information that should be in the design and something
that related to it. After that, I continued the design process and edited the
photos that were given to me. All the details of the words are highlighted in
bright colors and outlined so that they can be read and people can see it clearly.
I would review all process designs with customers and make changes if there
are any amendments. Once they confirmed the design, then I proceeded to the

next process submitted to printing

For the background, I use soft colors for purpose of partying and enlivening the
event. While the edited picture was placed in the center of the banner and in
clear form to show important people and a token of appreciation. As well as
using a more detailed and formal font on the design and I also used bright

colors on the title to explain and facilitate the reader to read it.

FAMILY DAY DESIGN

For this banner, I used a beautiful landscape background related to the banner title.
I put all the information provided by the customer and use contrast colors of font to
make it stand out and be readable by everyone. I also put up banners-related icons
to make the banners more beautiful and fun to read. As well as images of places by

attaching polaroid picture patterns to make it more organized.

3.13 PROCESS

For the start, I discuss with the customers for what they want for the banner.
After decided what the motives of the banner, they gave me the details about
the 'gotong-royong' event such as title, place, date and the organizer. After that,
I proceed to the design process. I decided to used some photos to make sure
it look relate to banner. All the wording details are highlighted with light colour
and strokes to make it able to read and clearly visible. All the process design I
will review with the customers and make the changes if there is amendments.

The 'gotong-royong' banner is for inviting people to join the event. The
design was included with the important details such as title, date, place
and who organized the event. As requested by costumer, all the details
are highlighted to make sure that it is clearly visible and easy to read.
Besides, for the background I used some photos that related to the

'gotong-royong' to show people what they will do on the day

New norm design banner are about new norm that we are living right
now. The customers ask for the design about the steps that we must
follow before entering any premises or schools. All the details about the
steps for preventing from Covid following are from KKM. While the
background, the customers want it looks related to covid to make it more

The process for the new norm banner is firstly, I must know what the
customers want. After discussing with them, i decided to make a survey
and do some research to know what is exactly the steps to prevent the
Covid. Then, I used the icon that pictures the step to make it easy to
understand. The wordings are highlighted to make sure it is clearly visible
to read because it is very important. Also, the background I use in the
banner is a picture of the virus which related to Covid 19 and the new
norm. The design is reviewed first to make sure the message is received

by everyone

3.16 CONCLUSION

Industrial training at The Cetak exposed me to a real life industry of art and design
and documentation work experience and employment situations. I got a chance
to engage with the client and propose the design directly to them. Learn how to
design properly and follows what clients needs, besides, I have also learn about
printing and even enhance and sharpen technical skills in Adobe illustrator and
Adobe Photoshop. I get to work from a various kind of design work, editing image.
I acquire a lot design-related and printing knowledge and how art and design
industry works in a real life and also got to enhance skills in doing collaborative
works in a team-based environment. But most crucial things that I have acquire is

how to handle event and works that have urgent deadline. I learn to plan from
beginning until the end of the events and learn to complete within time that have
been given. Moreover, its maybe a challenge for me because I have to face a new
situation and culture because of the different language and new people that I

meet

During the course of industrial training at The Cetak , Gerik , Perak. Then, the
various knowledge and inspiration i need to learn and follow however , no all are
perfect ang there is a gap that can be improved to make the work more effective.

so , i would like to give some findings and suggestion on it.

along three months of y industrial training at Safwan Anggerik Enterprise or more
known as The Chetak is a company it is true that i gain a lot of experience. firstly,
be able to complete a job or assingment given by the employer well and
sucesfully.besides, during the training period. i was exposed to an enviroment that
professionalism all staff have their own duties in carrying out the task. this situation
has helped me to work smoothly and alwyas ask when i'm in trouble. if i ecounter
ant problems in the work done, other staff will also be able to assist me as well as
provide valuable and helpful guidance for me because their willingness to share
experience . I have learned a lot of things and gain new knowledge. Especially
about printing services. Besides, it will be my guideline when I enter the real
working environment.All of this valuable experience and knowledge that i have
gained were not only acquired through the direct involvement in task given but also
through other aspect of the training such as work observation, communication
using the proper way with the officemate, industrial boss and my industrial

supervisor, and other things that related to the company

Overall, I found the main objectives of this is industrial training to expose students
to the real working environment. Whether it out of table or in the office. Otherwise

it can be practiced by myself before facing the real world of work

The proposal is to extend the industrial training for more than three
months because as some ore companies prefer to accept students will
learn many things and or experience we will gain from further internships,
students should prepare to do internships on board as they will appear in
style different and high technology management and acquire more
knowledge. In addition, it will gain a very useful experience while working
in the country. they can also improve their country. they can also improve

their language skills and self-confidence.
