any and all applicable laws, regulations and Executive Orders relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, including but

Qualified voters may also register to vote in annual meetings and elections held subsequent to such annual
meeting and election during the foregoing annual meeting and election in the gymnasium of the Somers Middle
School, Route 202, Somers, New York, on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 
pm.  A qualified voter is one who is (1) a citizen of the United States of America; (2) 18 years of age or older; (3)
a resident of the School District for 30 days preceding the annual vote and election; and (4) not otherwise
