State Police arrest CT man on weapons charges

On Friday, July 22, the New York The suspect was found in possession

At approximately 11:35 a.m.,Troop-
ers conducted a tra c stop of a 2014
Volkswagen on Route 22 for a viola-
tion of the vehicle and tra c law. In-
vestigation found the operator, Bryon
Bloom eld, had a suspended license
and expired registration.  Further in-
vestigation found Bloom eld in ille-
gal possession of a Taurus G2C 9mm
handgun.

Bloom eld was arraigned before the
Honorable Judge Leader of the town of
Patterson Court and remanded to the
Putnam County Jail in lieu of $1,000
cash bail or $3,000 bond.  He is next
scheduled to appear before the town of
Southeast Court on August 18.
