Technically, this year’s Super Bowl will be played in Paradise, an unincorporated town a few miles southwest of Las Vegas. Regardless, Sunday’s matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas Chiefs will be the first Super Bowl ever played in the state of Nevada. Allegiant Stadium was constructed in 2020 to serve as the new home of the Las Vegas Raiders, who moved to the Sin City from Oakland. It cost nearly $1.9 billion to build and seats approximately 65,000 fans. The Big Game will be played on a new layer of hybrid Bermuda grass (if you remember the slippery surface that caused controversy in 2023, the playing surface is a big deal). As of January 29, the cheapest ticket on StubHub was listed for $6,615. Allegiant Stadium is located 390 miles from San Francisco’s Levi’s Stadium and 1,134 miles from Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium. A NEW DYNASTY? The Kansas City Chiefs are back in the Super Bowl for the fourth time in five years. Led by legendary head coach Andy Reid, who currently has the fourthmost wins in NFL history, the Chiefs boast 11 straight winning seasons and eight consecutive division titles. Despite their historic success, the Chiefs enter this year’s Super Bowl as 1-point underdogs to the San Francisco 49ers. THE END OF A DROUGHT? The San Francisco 49ers have a chance to win their franchise’s sixth Super Bowl championship, which would tie the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots for the most in NFL history. Led by Hall of Famers Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, and Steve Young, the 49ers were a superpower in the 1980s and 1990s, winning five titles in 14 years. They have returned to the Super Bowl twice since then, losing in 2013 and 2020. A DIFFERENT CHIEFS TEAM Led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce, the Chiefs have consistently ranked among the NFL’s highest-scoring offenses for years. This year’s team, however, ranks just 15th in the league in points scored. In fact, the 2023 Kansas City Chiefs are the lowest-scoring team to make a Super Bowl since the 2008 Pittsburgh Steelers. Throughout the regular season and playoffs, the Chiefs have been led by a stalwart defense that allowed the secondfewest points in the league. Their opponent, the San Francisco 49ers, have the NFL’s third-best offense and third-best defense. REMATCH This year’s Big Game is a rematch of Super Bowl 55, which the Chiefs won by a score of 31- 20. Because the game is being played in an AFC stadium, just like in 2020, Kansas City will be considered the “home” team on Sunday, meaning they have their choice of uniform color. A STAR-STUDDED AFFAIR Much of the attention will be on Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Taylor Swift. However, the San Francisco 49ers, featuring a league-high nine Pro Bowlers, have perhaps the most star power in all of football. Quarterback Brock Purdy and running back Christian McCaffrey are both finalists for the NFL MVP. Tight end George Kittle, offensive tackle Trent Williams, defensive end Arik Armstead, linebacker Fred Warner, and fullback Kyle Juszczyk are among the most expensive players at their respective positions. Not to be outdone, defensive end Nick Bosa, who recently signed the richest contract for a defensive player in NFL history, was awarded the Defensive Player of the Year in 2022. THE HALL OF FAMER VS. MR. IRRELEVANT At just 28 years old, Patrick Mahomes has already cemented himself as one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history. He has won two Super Bowls, two MVP awards, and made six consecutive Pro Bowls. In his short career, Mahomes has won 87 regular season and postseason games while losing just 25. Under center for the 49ers is Brock Purdy, who was taken with the last pick of the 2022 NFL Draft, earning the label of “Mr. Irrelevant.” He began his rookie year as San Francisco’s third-string quarterback but took over because of injuries. Purdy has made the most of his opportunity, going 21-5 as a starter while putting up MVPcaliber statistics (Note: In his only postseason loss, Purdy was injured after throwing just two passes). FORMER GIANTS AND JETS For masochistic New York fans curious about their former players finding success elsewhere, the game will feature only three former Giants and Jets players. Sam Darnold, who was drafted third overall by the Jets in 2018, is the 49ers’ backup quarterback. Playing for the Chiefs are former Jets running back La’Mical Perine and former Giants wide receiver Kadarius Toney. WILL TAYLOR SWIFT BE AT THE GAME? Taylor Swift, who has appeared at all three Chiefs playoffs games to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is scheduled to perform a concert in Tokyo on Saturday, Feb. 10 – the day before the Super Bowl. According to a breakdown in the Athletic, which interviewed an aviation expert, it would take approximately 10 hours for Swift’s private jet to make the trip across the Pacific Ocean and cross the International Date Line. With the 17-hour time difference working in her favor, Swift can land in Las Vegas with as much as a day to spare. –Brian Marschhauser Tale Of The Tape

PAGE 4 – HUDSON VALLEY LIVING – SPECIAL SUPPLEMENT TO HALSTON MEDIA – FEBRUARY 8, 2024 BY BRIAN MARSCHHAUSER CONTRIBUTING WRITER The Green Bay Packers aren’t heading to the Super Bowl this year, but their biggest fan is. Tom Grossi, whose YouTube channel has amassed more than 600,000 subscribers, is a Packers superfan who lives in Yorktown, New York. For the past decade, the former schoolteacher has worked impressively to produce football content and develop a loyal following (known affectionately as the “Grossi Posse”) that enabled him to finally quit his day job three years ago. For Grossi, being named the “Packers Fan of the Year” and being awarded a trip to the Super Bowl is the culmination of a nine-year journey filled with little sleep and lots of video editing. Grossi started making videos in early 2015. One of his videos, reacting to the Packers’ devastating NFC Championship loss, went viral. Not long after, he started “Packast” as an audio-only podcast where fellow Cheeseheads could have fun, stay informed, and commiserate. Grossi, who was teaching full-time at the Ursuline School in New Rochelle, said he had “no idea” what he was doing during his initial episodes. “Everybody and their mom had a podcast,” said Grossi, who has a background in standup comedy. “I was doing it off my laptop. It was just a hobby, a passion project.” Nevertheless, the 2008 Yorktown High School graduate started developing a following, and his ideas for content started to grow. Grossi began creating more video content and his channel took off — but still not enough for him to quit teaching. During the 2018 season, NBC came calling and wanted to feature Grossi during a “Sunday Night Football” game between the Packers and the Minnesota Vikings. He recorded a two-minute comedic recap of the Packers’ disappointing season, which aired on national TV before a game that was watched by more than 20 million viewers. “‘Sunday Night Football’ happened and then I went to work the next day and I taught,” Grossi said. “Nothing changed whatsoever.” That was until the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Suddenly, Grossi’s long commutes were replaced with remote teaching, giving him more time to dedicate to his YouTube channel. His fortunes began to change in April of that year, when the Packers made the controversial decision to draft Jordan Love as the eventual successor to legendary quarterback Aaron Rodgers — a decision that ultimately led to Rodgers being traded to New York three years later. Grossi often films himself watching Packers games and making clips out of his most outrageous or comedic reactions, and the 2020 NFL Draft was no different. The three-minute video of Grossi reacting to the Packers’ surprising draft selection went viral, racking up 1.8 million views and making it his most popular video to date. Once that happened, Grossi remembers thinking, “I am going to give this all that I have.” He gave up teaching for good in June 2021 and has since more than doubled his following, with each video he produces consistently racking up hundreds and thousands of views. In contrast to many other successful sports shows that lean into negative storylines, Grossi’s video content and his community of supporters maintain a generally positive and playful vibe. In fact, over the past three years, Grossi and his “Posse” have raised more than $720,000 for charity, with his biggest charitable endeavor taking place over the summer of 2023 when he visited 30 NFL stadiums in 30 days to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Ultimately, he raised over $500,000. The successful project led to his profile growing even larger, including guest appearances on nationally televised sports talk shows, such as “The Rich Eisen Show” and “The Pat McAfee Show.” Grossi was unaware of the NFL’s “Fan of the Year” contest, in which each of the 32 franchises selects a representative to compete for the top honor. However, many of his supporters nominated him and his favorite team took notice. “I got a phone call from the Green Bay Packers and they told me they had gotten so many votes from fans,” Grossi said. “The community is amazing. My fans nominated me and the Packers made the decision to say, ‘Yup, you’re our guy.’” As part of this honor, Grossi is being flown out to Las Vegas, the site of this year’s Super Bowl, where he will attend the 13th annual NFL Honors award ceremony. In addition to announcing the Hall of Fame Class of 2024 and giving out performancebased awards for players and coaches, the league will use the ceremony to announce the winner of its “Fan of the Year” contest. He will also be given two tickets to attend the Super Bowl matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. However, Grossi doesn’t view the trip as a vacation, something he hasn’t taken in more than five years. Instead, he will use the opportunity to create more content and provide his fans with a behind-thescenes look at his week in Las Vegas. Once the game ends, Grossi will immediately head back to Yorktown. “I’m taking the red-eye flight after the Super Bowl to get home Monday morning to get back to work,” Grossi said. The Super Bowl trip feels a bit like kismet for Grossi, who nearly went to the Super Bowl in February 2020 on behalf of a Fortune 500 company that was looking for content creators to send to the Big Game and he was a contender. Grossi appeared to be their choice, as he received an email asking him to confirm his choice of airport. Twenty minutes later, however, the company explained that the email was sent in error, and they were actually sending someone else. The Super Bowl matchup that year? The Chiefs vs. the 49ers. “Years later, I’m finally going to the Super Bowl I was supposed to,” Grossi said. PAGE 6 – HUDSON VALLEY LIVING – SPECIAL SUPPLEMENT TO HALSTON MEDIA – FEBRUARY 8, 2024 With the ironic exception of 2014—when New Jersey hosted and it was nearly 50 degrees at kickoff—Super Bowl weekend around here is usually frigid. My memories of big-game parties inevitably include parking on snow-crusted streets. With that in mind, some thoughts on seasonal sipping…. There is a simple chemical reason that red wines rise to the occasion in winter. A wine’s color, texture and flavor derive primarily from its grapes’ skins. Because reds are routinely made with longer skin contact, the wine gains more “stuffing” (or phenolics and tannins if you want to get scientific). Red grapes also ripen later, and their higher sugar content translates to higher alcohol and thereby body. In turn, red wines are more inclined to complement the hearty foods of winter—stews, roasts, casseroles, etc. Syrah and Grenache, the varietal pillars of the Rhone Valley, reliably combine for full-bodied, full-flavored wines that, in addition to sturdy tannins and alcohol, tend to feature not only vivid berry fruit, but also spicy/ herbal complexity. A simple Côtes-du-Rhône is an ideal choice for any dish that calls for wine to cook with, such as bouef bourguignon or coq au vin. Syrah- and Grenache-based wines abound beyond France as well, notably Priorato, the regional Spanish red, and Cannonau (the name for Grenache in Italy) from Sardinia. Northern Italy is another source of winter-friendly reds. The Barbera grape is famous for tangy acidity that flatters pizza and red-sauce dishes. Nebbiolo is the grape of notoriously “big” Barolos and Barbarescos; find similar character for less money in wines labeled “Langhe Nebbiolo.” For a twist, consider a full-bodied white wine from the French region of Alsace. Though too cool for laterripening red grapes, the region’s Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc ripen fully in the dry, sunny climate. Fermented to dryness, they emerge fleshy and round— and shine alongside such winter classics as cassoulet or choucroute. Bill “Tish” Tisherman, a longtime Bedford resident and former editor of Wine Enthusiast and Beverage Media, develops wine tastings and events via his website, wineforall.com. Medium-full bodied and impeccably balanced, this wine lingers with hot stone notes on the finish, while subtle hints of lavender and rosemary add a touch of aromatic charm. PAGE 8 – HUDSON VALLEY LIVING – SPECIAL SUPPLEMENT TO HALSTON MEDIA – FEBRUARY 8, 2024 BY VIM WILKINSON EDITOR Savor Restaurant has become a culinary gem in Mahopac and its neighboring towns, earning a stellar reputation over the years. The winning combination of great prices, generous portions, friendly service, and, of course, mouthwatering dishes has solidified its status as a local favorite. Owned and operated by Rick Megna, a seasoned culinary expert with over 25 years of experience, Savor is on a continuous journey to elevate itself as a standout eatery in the area. In a recent transformative move, Rick revamped Savor into three distinct business units: Savor Restaurant and Bar, Savor Parlor, and Rick’s Online Market. SAVOR RESTAURANT & BAR Undergoing a stunning makeover, the outdoor patio now boasts an all-season enclosure with heating, air conditioning, a television, a stereo system, and carpeting. The walls can be retracted for a delightful outdoor dining experience that is adaptable to changing weather. Rick has introduced enhanced lighting to set the stage for “Savor Social,” a monthly nightclub event held every second Saturday. Beyond aesthetics, the menu underwent a revamp, featuring culinary delights accumulated over Rick’s two decades in the restaurant business. With a diverse range of cuisines, including seafood, Italian, Asian, and American dishes, Savor offers an array of options. To delight patrons, an aggressive Half Price Happy Hour (Tuesdays to Fridays from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and Sunday Funday (12 noon to 5 p.m.) have been introduced. The restaurant and bar are also available for hosting private events such as business luncheons, bereavement occasions, and private club socials during the day at affordable rates. SAVOR PARLOR The street-level dining room has been transformed into an ice cream and pizza parlor, featuring woodfired pizzas alongside gas oven-baked ones, creating Savor’s proprietary “Savor Crust Pizzas.” Gluten-free and cauliflower pizzas are also on the menu. Savor Parlor offers a variety of parlor foods, such as corn dogs and cheese fries, complemented by a raw bar and other seafood items. The lower-level outdoor setting is perfect for casual events and kids’ parties. Savor Parlor recently launched a soft opening, introducing gelato, soft serve, and a variety of hard ice creams, sorbets, and Italian ices in anticipation of spring. The grab-and-go freezer items are handled through the street-level room, ensuring easier pickups and deliveries. RICK’S ONLINE MARKET The final addition is a state-of-the-art pointof-sale system to handle online ordering, reservations, deliveries, and gift cards with a simple click. Rick’s Online Market features fully prepared, ready-to-bake meals such as shrimp cocktail, seafood salad, homemade soups, and more. In the quest to meet the community’s desire for affordable culinary delights and a vibrant social hub, Rick has transformed Savor into a realm of affordability, community, and divine gastronomic experiences. With kitchen renovations completed, Rick is back creating exciting foods with the assurance of the highest quality and service. Savor Restaurant & Bar, Savor Parlor, and Rick’s Online Market combine to offer a convenient, budget-friendly experience for the town and surrounding areas. “Our hopes for Savor are grand and inspiring,” says Rick. “We envision it not just as a culinary destination but as a vibrant heart of our community, where people can gather, connect, and create lasting memories.” Mahopac’s culinary gem unveils three unique experiences PHOTOS COURTESY OF SAVOR RESTAURANT Savor Restaurant Savor Restaurant 18 Clark Place Mahopac 845-628-3081 savormahopac.com rickssavoronline.com

PAGE 12 – HUDSON VALLEY LIVING – SPECIAL SUPPLEMENT TO HALSTON MEDIA – FEBRUARY 8, 2024 As winter sets in, maintaining your health and wellness becomes a priority, and exercise and nutrition play a crucial role in ensuring a healthy and pain-free season. Somers Sport & Spine, led by Dr. Frank Turchioe, is offering a new program focusing on diet, exercise, and lifestyle to support individuals in their winter wellness journey. Dr. Turchioe’s new program, the “New Year, New You” program, focuses on helping you make changes to support a longer, healthier life with fewer aches and pains and increased quality of life. NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS The most common resolution that people make is to lose weight and/or exercise more. However, people frequently fizzle out on their health and weight-loss journeys after just a month or two. Why is that? Usually, it is due to a lack of knowledge and not a lack of motivation. Dr. Turchioe can help you set up an individualized nutrition plan and exercise program to aid you in your fitness and weight loss goals. Another common reason that people fall off the weight-loss wagon is because there is just so much information out there about diet and exercise that it is difficult to know who or what to listen to. Dr. Turchioe can help you wade through the sea of conflicting information and provide you with an evidence-based plan of action. ONGOING SUPPORT As part of the “New Year, New You” program, you will have an in-depth discussion with Dr. Turchioe about your goals, health and diet history, preferred forms of exercise, and any current or past injuries so that an individualized plan can be developed with your specific goals and needs in mind. As a physical rehabilitation expert, former athlete, and personal trainer, Dr. Turchioe can help you get back on track in the gym without aggravating those old and nagging injuries, regardless of your fitness level. After implementing your new plan, your new body composition will be monitored throughout the program to ensure that your plan is the right fit for you. As your program progresses, you will be provided with personal training sessions to ensure that you are able to properly perform all exercises with proper form and with as little discomfort as possible. Dr. Turchioe will also educate you and give recommendations regarding lifestyle such as sleep schedules and stress management techniques. Q & A WITH DR. FRANK TURCHIOE What are some of the most common diet mistakes that you see? The most common mistake that I see when a patient is unsuccessful with a change in their diet is due to sustainability. When starting a new diet, one of the main things you should ask yourself is, “Can I stay on this diet forever?” When the answer is no, it is likely that yo-yo dieting will occur. What do you have to say to patients who are nervous to start exercising due to injuries? I would tell them not to hesitate to seek help. It is common to avoid activity due to fear of re-injury, but this is something I see on a daily basis, and why exercise programming is so important. It is important to build tolerance for activity as well as confidence through careful exercise selection. What do you think of all the crazy diets that are out there these days? I am not a fan of demonizing any specific foods or food groups, as this often leads to increased confusion and fear. The main thing to focus on if you are trying to lose weight is calorie balance. This means using more calories than you consume. However, I think that many of these diets can be used as tools to aid in calorie balance. This summer will be Mario’s 35th year serving the Mahopac area. The classic neighborhood Italian restaurant and pizzeria is known for its Bronx-style wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. The secret to Mario’s pizzas is in the sauce, and who can resist a wood-fired pizza that accentuates the deep flavors, complemented by the charred, smokey flavor in the crust?  ( Left) Sammy and Frank of Maria’s with their signature 3-foot House Pie. Maria’s, located in the heart of Yorktown, is known for its signature House Pie—a three-foot mammoth pizza with a perfectly crunchy, thin crust. First made in 1980, the popular thin House Slices have been served for the last 44 years at Maria’s. In 2004, the Picone family purchased the pizzeria, and five years ago, Yorktown-born and raised Francesco Picone assumed the helm as the owner. FEBRUARY 8, 2024 – HUDSON VALLEY LIVING – SPECIAL SUPPLEMENT TO HALSTON MEDIA – PAGE 19 We have a delicious wings recipe for Sunday’s game, courtesy of our friends at Phat Olive in Katonah. It’s a fiery yet sweet appetizer that will make any chicken wing lover want more! Honey Ginger Glazed Cayenne Wings Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings 3 scallions, thinly sliced 1 tbsp garlic powder 4 tbsp Phat Olive Cayenne Chili Olive Oil 1/2 cup Phat Olive Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar 3 tbsp honey ½ tbsp light soy sauce Directions: Pat chicken wings dry. In a Ziplock bag, add all the ingredients. Add the wings and toss well to coat. Marinate the wings in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours up to overnight, occasionally tossing the bag. Once you’re ready to bake, set a wire rack on top of a lined baking sheet. This allows air to circulate around the wings and fat to drip off, which will result in the wings cooking evenly and getting extra crispy. Make sure to brush the wire rack with olive oil so the chicken wings don’t stick while cooking. Place the wings on the rack. Bake chicken wings at 425°F for 35-45 minutes. Since not all ovens are the same, keep an eye on them. Check at the 35-minute mark and if they are not fully cooked yet, cook for 5-10 minutes longer. The internal temperature of the wings should be 165°F. The Phat Olive Cayenne Chili Olive Oil and Phat Olive Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar are available at Phat Olive for in-store or online purchase. School breaks are a great time to do an official college visit. Starting or continuing your tours during the spring is best, as you will see students on campus and get a feel for the culture. Showing interest, regardless of whether it is used by admissions in their decisions, will give you an understanding of the characteristics you are looking for in a college experience. Here are some tips: 1. Organize your colleges by location. This will make it easier to schedule visits and tours. Try not to do two or more in one day as it can be overwhelming. 2. Go to each college admissions page and find “visit.” Under that section, you will see a calendar of information sessions and tours. Book the date and time that fit your schedule.  3. Create folders on your phone with the names of each college you will visit. When taking pictures, which we highly recommend, you can save them to the prospective folder so you can refer to them when we discuss your visit and answer, “Why the School?” 4. When on tour, consider that you will be living on campus for four years. Do you like the facilities? Are they modern? Is the campus easy to navigate? Are there activities listed on different bulletin boards? Is the dorm adequate? 5. Consider the traveling distance you took to get to the school. This is an important factor for many students, as they want to go away, but once at the college, they become homesick and are far away. 6. If looking at a state school, consider the number of in-state students attending the university versus out-of-state students. How will you feel as an out-ofstate student? 7. Ask the tour guide about the size of the classrooms. Are they small or large classrooms? Is the professor or a teaching assistant leading the class? Does the professor schedule discussion periods to clarify questions?  8. The Career Center is an important resource for your future career. When and how does the staff at the Career Center assist students with their resumes, interview skills, and submitting applications for jobs? 9. What are some of the weekend activities offered? Are there concerts, sports, and cultural events that anyone can attend? 10. Learn about the Academic Center and tutoring support for students. There are many questions you can ask, such as research opportunities, internships, and Honors Programs. The more informed you are, the better prepared you will be to make sure you want to apply to the school because it offers you the resources you need to succeed. EF Academy, a private day and boarding high school located in Thornwood, New York, offers a thorough and immersive education in all subject areas to engage students, no matter their interests. Studying alongside peers from over 60 nationalities, students explore lessons through real, tangible activities, and analyze situations from a range of viewpoints. By living and learning with friends from around the world, every classroom is transformed into global studies, and students gain the opportunity to compare and contrast perspectives from countries they’ve yet to visit. There is no shortage of information exploration. In art class, students can be found in one of the art studios, curating portfolios, sketching new ideas, and designing sustainable clothing. They can also be found displaying their canvases at local community museums or peacefully painting picture-perfect landscapes by the pond. While the artists are using the pond as their artistic inspiration, students in biology class can be found wading in the water, looking for organisms that feed off the algae. Back in the classroom, the scientists are analyzing molds of human organs or perhaps peeking into the lens of a microscope to examine a microorganism. They often take their learning off-site, using the Hudson River as an extended classroom and sharing the data they gather with the New York Department of Environmental Conservation. Hands-on learning happens no matter the class. Beyond the classroom, students receive customized counseling from their University and Academic Counselor. From the first year, students’ counselors work with them one-on-one to establish a carefully crafted list of top-choice universities that will challenge them academically, while still being the best fit for them, personally. Ultimately, 92% of students are successfully placed in their first or second choice university. The school’s “mini-UN” vibe allows their community to travel the world without ever stepping foot off campus. All the while, they are gaining real-life experience and learning to be happy and successful both in the classroom and in life. EF Academy is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. BY VIM WILKINSON EDITOR Selling your home is not just a transaction; it’s a carefully orchestrated journey that demands strategic planning and meticulous organization. As the spring real estate market approaches, it’s the perfect time to ensure your home stands out among the listings. Coldwell Banker Realty agent Marcie Nolletti, the 2023 top producing agent in North Salem, shares five invaluable tips to help you prepare your home for a successful sale. MARCIE’S TIPS CURB APPEAL MATTERS First impressions are lasting impressions, and this couldn’t be truer in the world of real estate. Enhance your home’s curb appeal to captivate potential buyers from the moment they lay eyes on it. DECLUTTER Create a blank canvas for potential buyers by decluttering and depersonalizing your home. Remove personal items, family photos, and excessive decorations to allow buyers to envision their own life in the space. Clutter-free homes appear more spacious and allow buyers to focus on the features of the property rather than personal belongings. TACKLE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE Address any necessary repairs and conduct routine maintenance tasks. A home that is wellmaintained signals to buyers that it has been cared for, potentially reducing negotiation points later on. Fixing leaky faucets, patching up wall imperfections, and ensuring all appliances are in good working order are proactive approaches that can contribute to a smoother and more lucrative sale. CHOOSE THE RIGHT REALTOR It is important to find a Realtor who understands your local market, has a proven track record, and communicates effectively. Take the time to meet and interview potential Realtors, ask for references, and ensure they have experience selling properties similar to yours. SET THE RIGHT PRICE Pricing your home accurately is paramount. It is important to compare sales in your area and set a competitive yet realistic price. Overpricing can deter potential buyers, while underpricing may lead to missed opportunities. Preparing your home for sale is a multifaceted process that requires careful consideration. Following these tips can significantly enhance your chances of a successful and swift sale.
