STEP 1: Where to
start?

First, Open Jupigo app and
Tap PEOPLE

STEP 2: What are
BUDDIES and TEAM

?

BUDDIES: They can be your
friends or co-workers.
You have to add them to
the list.

TEAM:  All your co-workers
under same SCAC are
automatically added to the
list. 

STEP 3: How to add
people ?

Can only add people E.g. After enter Person who got your 
to BUDDIES.  SCAC,  people REQUEST can choose
Tap SEARCH and enter with same SCAC Approve  or Deny or
/username/scac/phone/ appear and you you can Approve or
email can send ADD Deny a request
BUDDY request.

HOW TO
INITIATE

CHAT?

1-on-1 Chat

1. In HOME, tap any 3. In CHAT, tap the
icons in both write button on the
WISHLIST and top right and select
MARKETPLACE to the person you want
start a chat to talk to.

2. In My Activity,
tap any icons in
any stages to start
a chat.

Group Chat

Tap the write button in
CHAT and choose people.
Group would be formed
when more than 1 person is
chosen.

After choosing
participates, enter the
group name. Tap
CREATE GROUP.

Group Chat

When below message pop-up, it
means the action involves another
dispatcher/driver. Please assign a
group name according to instruction.
