❖ ROAD SAFETY Children are vulnerable to wonder off to the road , lack of adult supervison. Rules That Kids Show Know ❖ Look left and right before crossing the road. ❖ Don’t play in the road or beside it. ❖ Always wear a helmet riding a bike , scooter or skateboard.
STAYING SAFE ONLINE ❖ Don’t share personal information online. ❖ NEVER GIVE OUT! ❖ The school you attend ❖ Your phone number ❖ Information on your parents ❖ If your home alone ❖ Your age and name or your where you live! if they’re online—on social media, in chat rooms, in apps—then the things they say can have consequences.
If you ever get lost , stay where you're at! If you are in the supermarket and you can’t find your parent , go to the counter and ask for help. ook around and see if they are standing in a safe place. Safe places are those which are not in the way of traffic, near dangerous machines, large bodies of water or unstable areas
WATER SAFETY ❖It is important to stay away from big bodies of water without adult super-vison. ❖Like a pool , lake , ocean , river ,creeks , dams , and water tanks ❖Without an adult around you could fall in and drown. ❖Drowning is the single leading cause of injuryrelated death among children ages 1 to 4 and kills almost 1,000 children per year.
