Porcelain factory Avant is a brand of pottery, designed with special focus on the advertising industry. We
create new trends and give our customers a guarantee of the highest quality and reliability.
We want the result of our work was beautiful ceramics for daily use which may be a carrier
of advertising and a gift and at the same time.

We have more than 6000 sq.m. of production and warehouse halls with modern machinery
and an experienced crew. We have our own design studio with Geometric Design system
coupled with CNC machine for perfect shape quality.

Stoneware is a type of ceramic that
allows enamel in any color

It is made of kaolin, feldspar and quartz. The formed products are fired at a temperature of
about 1200°C in order to achieve the intended fluid resistance, strength and hardness.

manufactured in Poland

We use only safe raw materials - environmentally pure ceramic clay and glazes produced by
leading manufacturers in the European Union. The products of this series provide the highest
quality. All products are protected by copyrights.

Our team’s experience allows us to make
complex prints and projects

Ceramic decal

The most sustainable method of the decorations of the ceramics, which is done in screen-printing. After
imposing on the product, decal is burned in high temperature which provides the highest quality, durability,
resistance to abrasion, temperature, chemicals, washing in domestic dishwashers. It enables to place the
imprint inside the cup, on the handle, on the bottom, to do personalisation, pictures and printing in Full Color
(CMYK).

Direct printing

A cost-effective method for decoration of pottery, which is performed using a ceramic inks printed directly
on the mugs and then burned at high temperature, so that the printing is resistant to any damage. Enables
printing full colors, on the specified surface, on the outside of the product.

Organic printing inks

Unlimited colors (Cyan, Magento) and CMYK prints. Fluorescent colors also available. These inks contain no
heavy metals. Imprints are resistant to solvents, acids and alkalis and to temperatures up to 10 degrees C.
The resistance to Scratching of the imprints is comparable with household pointed objects.

Chemo-setting

The most economic method of decoration, made using chemo-setting inks on the machine for direct printing.
It has limited durability to mechanical demage. Does not require the firing of the imprint. Printing in full colors,
on the specified surface, on the outside of the product. Manual cleaning is recommended.

Thermo active

The thermo active ink is put on the previously fired printing, it covers the whole printing or its part. After po-
uring the hot liquid the thermo active ink becomes transparent. Enables printing on the specified surface, on
the outside of the product. Manual cleaning is recommended.

Embossed decoration

The method of decorating with a ceramic carbon the convex part of the cup surface. After applying to the pro-
duct, the tracing paper is fired at a high temperature, which ensures the highest quality, durability, resistance
to abrasion, temperature, chemicals and washing in dishwashers.

products and clay-colored products

Spray painting

Painting with high temperature paints, painting is done by the KUKA robot. Spray-painted
products are resistant to damage mechanical and washing in dishwashers. Can be used on
selected stoneware products and porcelain. All imprint technologies are available for these
products.

Clay-colored products

Products made with colored ceramic clay. Glazed only inside. There are 4
colors available. Technology available for selected products.

Avant Stoneware Factory is one of the largest employers in the region. From the beginning
of existence also employs people with disabilities. In 2007 we obtained a “W Pełni Zaradni”
certificate. In 2010 Avant joined the Polska Izba Artykułów Promocyjnych. In 2019 we were
awarded with the Marka Lubelskie certificate.

The Kabo&Pydo duo formed by Katarzyna Borkowska and Tomasz Pydo, deal with the de-
sign and implementation of manufacture include: ceramics, glass, furniture, lighting. Young,
gifted, highly paid with numerous prizes and distinctions, conquer the world with unique
projects. Their products feature a unique design that goes hand in hand with convenience -
they use ergonomic handles and design bottoms that allows water to run when washing in
dishwashers.
