After three days competition, our program HE08
won 2 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze. Lastly with the
point 50 of 100 , we got number 4 of 10 program
on our Faculty .Congratulations to all HE08 teams.
Congratulations to all involved for this session.
Whether it's a gold medal or not, all of us tried our
best on fighting! WE'RE champions of HE08 !

It was an exciting Saturday morning on 7/12/2019 when 30
participants joined a baking workshop which was held at
Hotel Lab Kitchen of FBEA. The half day workshop was
conducted by Instructor, Dr. Arif @ Kamisan Pusiran. The
workshop was a hands-on session where all the participants
had the opportunity to weigh, mix, shape and bake the
bread and pastry on their own.

This program aims to produce graduates who are skilled
in hospitality management aspects of the overall
administrative practices hotel. Graduates will be trained
to think critically in making decisions through group
activities and also individuals. The program is structured
to help graduates to become more competitive in the
various areas of hospitality. Coverage specialization
courses including front office management, property
management, food and beverage management,
marketing, hospitality, hospitality supervision, operation
of special events, hospitality financial management,
entrepreneurship in hospitality, service management,
strategic management of hospitality and hospitality
operating system

.: CAREER PROSPECTS
With knowledge and expertise in the field of Hotel
Management which became the basis for the growth of
professional career in the hospitality field can enable
graduates to become employees of choice operators of
the hospitality industry. And at the same time,
graduates can become an entrepreneur in the field of
hospitality that is able to have the power of critical
thought and has added value such as high soft skills
