CONCLUSION;

In this Application of Curriculum and Instructional Design Development and Evaluation
(PQI6004) class by Dr Nor Nazrina Binti Mohamad Nazry, I have gained a lot of new knowledge
for classroom management. Before starting the teaching, make sure to start the class with
induction set. This is because induction set is one of the ways to get the students' attention.
Besides that, to make the teaching and learning process goes well, I in the future I can use the
design models and other digital applications that I have learnt througout the semester in this
class. The most frequent used is Bloom's Taxonomy. Bloom's taxonomy can be used as a
teaching tool to help balance evaluative and assessment-based questions in assignments, texts,
and in-class engagements to ensure that all orders of thinking are exercised in students'
learning, including aspects of information searching. Other than that, we, as a teacher needs to
always give a feedback to the students after doing a task or group discussion. By doing this, the
students will know we are working on this together, and that we are there until both students
and teachers figure it out or get it right. Also, in this class too, I realized that we need to
appreciate our students' efforts. Lastly, I learnt to be more brave in sharing my opinions while
working in a group and plan the time wisely.
