3 การติดตั้ง
(Installation)

จาํ เป็นต้องใช้ผเู้ ช่ียวชาญและมปี ระสบการณด์ ้านการติดต้งั แผน่ อลมู เิ นยี ม ทุกส่วนท่ีนําไปติดตง้ั จะตอ้ งได้ฉากทั้งแนว
ตัง้ และแนวนอน หรือไดล้ วดลายตามท่ผี อู้ อกแบบไดก้ ําหนดไว้ และมีขอ้ แนะนําดังน้ี

1. ก่อนทําการติดตั้ง ควรมีการประสานงานกับผ้รู ับจา้ งเพ่ือกาํ หนดตําแหน่งโครงสร้างและโครงเคร่ารวมถงึ
ตรวจสอบสถานท่กี อ่ สรา้ งทกุ ท่ีและทกุ ครง้ั ท่ีจะทําการตดิ ต้ัง หากมีขอ้ บกพร่องใหแ้ ก้ปญั หากอ่ นตดิ ตัง้

6 คุณสมบตั กิ ารกนั ไฟ
(Fire Resistance Qualifications)

ส่วนประกอบหลกั ของไสอ้ ลูมเิ นียมกนั ไฟ คือ Mg(OH)2 (Magnesium Hydroxide). ในกรณที ่ีเกิดเหตกุ ารณไ์ ฟไหม้
ท่อี ณุ หภูมิ 340-490 องศาเซลเซียส และเม่ือขาด Magnesium Hydroxide จะทําใหเ้ กดิ ปฏกิ ิริยาทางเคมี ดงั น้ี

Mg(OH)2 = MgO + H2O
ทาํ ให้ไม่กอ่ ใหเ้ กดิ อันตรายใด ๆ ในเหตุไฟไหม้ และวสั ดยุ ังช่วยในการดดู ซบั สารพิษจากแกส๊ และควัน นอกจากน้ี Magnesium
Hydroxide สามารถเจอื จาง Oxygen ทาํ ใหไ้ ม่เกิดการลามไฟ เป็นวสั ดุท่ีเป็นมติ รกับสิง่ แวดล้อม ไม่เพียงแต่จะดดู ซบั กลิน่

Based on a structurally tough Hylar 5000 /

Kynar 500 polyvinylidene flouride (PVDF) resin, Aluminum Composite Panel

which is a super durable baking fuorocarbon coating

that is designed for use onaluminum surfaces. PVDF offers long term protection when coated

on aluminum works, or aluminum curtain wall system like panels.

Thus, it’s unique and tough molecular structure also means it is highly resistant to destructive
environmental influences, ultraviolet degradation, long term weathering and chemical attracks.
With high quality control POLYVINYLIDENE FLOURIDE (PVDF) has also met the standardfor the
law of reflection, the angle of incidence and angle of reflection are with respect to normal and
reflective surfaces.



SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATION DATA

SKY RAINBOW/fr
1.General
SKY RAINBOW/fr is an Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) with nontoxic filled core, use as an exterior and interior cladding and
interior cladding and roof covering on the new building and retrofit applications. The material is manufactured by Jiangyin Tianhong
Decoration Material Co., Ltd. And furnished by approved agent or distributors.

2.Product Composition
The Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) should be composed of thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene sandwiched
between two aluminium sheets.

The frontall surface is finished with high performance Lumiflon based Fluorocarbon Coating (as standard) or Polyethylene coating,
and the back side is wash coating or primer coating. Sky Rainbow is available on the following finished: Solid colors, Metallic colors,
Brushed colors, Mirror colors, Pearlescent colors (95% high gloss), Granite colors. All these are applied in manufacturer's
continuous coil coating lines.

The surface is protected with a self-adhesive peel off protective film to advoid any nicks or other damages, which should be
peel off immediately after installation.

9. Deflection by Wind Load
Deflection by wind load is changing as the panel

thickness, aspect ratio, span and boundary condition
i.e. simply supported or fixed.

The aspect ratio the longer to the shorter dimension
of the panel.
Deflection differ between panels of the same area but
od different aspect ration.
For example, deflection of dimension 600x2400 mm.
(aspect ratio is 4) panel is smaller than the size of

3). Surface Finish
The frontal surface is finished with high performance Polyvinylidene Difluoride (PVDF) based in KYNAR 500.
Sky Rainbow is available on the following finishes: Solid colors, Metallic colors, Mirror colors, Pearlscent colors (95% high gloss),

granite colors and wooden colors. All these finishes are applied in manufacturer's continuous coil coating lines.The coating system
of each finish is following:

A. PVDF coating are three coat three bake system
Total dry film thickness is 28 microns minimum and consist of a conversation coating, an inhibitive premier and
lumiflon-based fluorocarbon coating.
B. Nano PVDF coating are a three coat bake system
Total dry film thickness is 40 microns minimum and consist of a conversation coating, an inhibitive premier and
lumiflon-based fluorocarbon coating. And special Nanometer technology paint coating.
C. PE coating are a pre coat one bake system.
Total dry film thickness is 15 microns minimum and consist of a conversation coating, and lumiflon-based

polyester coating.
