(Installation)

จาํ เป็นต้องใช้ผู้เช่ียวชาญและมีประสบการณ์ด้านการตดิ ตง้ั แผ่นอลูมเิ นยี ม ทุกสว่ นท่ีนําไปติดตง้ั จะตอ้ งได้ฉากทัง้ แนว
ตง้ั และแนวนอน หรอื ได้ลวดลายตามท่ผี ้อู อกแบบได้กําหนดไว้ และมีข้อแนะนําดังน้ี

1. ก่อนทําการติดตัง้ ควรมีการประสานงานกับผู้รบั จา้ งเพ่ือกาํ หนดตําแหนง่ โครงสร้างและโครงเคร่ารวมถงึ
ตรวจสอบสถานท่กี ่อสรา้ งทกุ ท่ีและทุกคร้งั ท่ีจะทาํ การตดิ ตง้ั หากมีข้อบกพร่องใหแ้ กป้ ญั หากอ่ นตดิ ต้งั

SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATION DATA

1. General
SKYRAINBOW is an Aluminium composite panel (ACP ) with nontoxic filled core, used as an exterior and

interior cladding and roof covering on the new building and retrofit applications. The material is manufactured
by Jiangyin Tianhong Decoration Material Co., Ltd. And furnished by approved agent or distributors.

2. Product Composition

The aluminium composite panel (ACP) should be composed of thermoplastic core of low density polyyethylene
sandwiched between two aluminium sheets.

The frontal surface is finished with a high performance Lumiflon-based fluorocarbon coating (as standard ) or
polyestercoating, and the back side is a wash coating or primer coating. SKYRAJNBOW is available on the
following finishes: Solid colors, Metallic colrs, Brushed colors, Mirror colors, Pearlescent colors (95olo high
gloss), granite colors. All these finishes are applied in munufacturer's coutinuous coil coating lines.

The surface is protected with a self-adhesive peel off protevtive film to avoid any nicks or other damages,
which should be peeloff immediately after installation.

Total dry film thickness is 28 microns minimum and consist of a conversation coating, a inhibitive permier
and lumiflon-based fluorocarbon coating.

B. Nano PVDF coating are a three coat three bake system

Total dry film thickness is 40 microns minimum and consisL of a conversation coating, a inhibitive permier
and lumiflon-based fluorocarbon coating. And
special Nanometer technology paint coating.
C. PE coating are a one coat one bake system

Totai dry film thickness is 15 microns minimum and consist of a conversation coating, and lumiflon-based
polyester coating.

PE paint and gloss colors:
Standard colors are provided in the color chart. Customers colors are available for all finished upon request
subject to minimum quantity. The standard gloss is 30o/a for Solid and Metallic colors, and 95o/o for Spaiking

colors. And customers gloss is acceptable.
