FACTORS Physical activity is beneficial to both the
CONTRIBUTING heart and the brain. People who are not
physically active have a twice-as-high risk
TO AN of heart disease, stroke, diabetes,
UNHEALTHY cancer, and dementia. Conversely, being
LIFESTYLE physically active is beneficial to your
heart, brain, muscles, bones, and mood.
Lack of Physical
Activity Exercise is one of the most important
things you can do for your health.
Whatever your health condition, there is
something you can do to stay active.

The foods you eat affect your health. UNHEALTHY DIET
Unhealthy eating can sometimes result in
noticeable physical changes, such as acne,
bloating, and weight gain. In addition,
certain unhealthy diets, like those linked to
too much fast food, can result in obesity
and related diseases. However, just because
the effects of unhealthy eating aren't
obvious doesn't mean they aren't
happening.

The effects of your eating habits may be more influential than you think.Therefore,
it's essential to be aware of the short-term and long-term impacts and always try to
consume a balanced diet.

SMOKING &
TOO MUCH ALCOHOL

Smoking triples the risk of dying from
heart disease and stroke in middle-aged
men and women. Therefore, quitting is
one of the best things you can do to
prevent heart disease and stroke. You
might be afraid that leaving will be too
hard, but lots of help is available when
you are ready.

Heavy drinking and binge drinking are
risk factors for high blood pressure,
heart disease, and stroke. Alcohol may
also cause problems by interfering with
your medications.

For almost everyone, stress is an unavoidable
part of life. However, sometimes it is not easy
to recognize stress because we are caught up
in the flow of life.

Although stress first happens in the mind,

it strongly affects the body. People who

have high levels of stress or prolonged STRESS
stress have more elevated cholesterol or
blood pressure. In addition, they may be

more prone to narrowing the arteries (atherosclerosis), a stroke risk factor.

Boost energy

A healthy lifestyle is important for increasing a
person's energy levels and enhancing performance in
all aspects of life. Inadequate sleep is less likely with a
healthy lifestyle, and the body receives all of the vital
nutrients it needs to function properly.

If you eat unhealthily, you may feel tired; on the other
hand, eating a healthy balanced diet will provide you
more energy throughout the day and enable your
body to fulfil all of its duties. Whole grains, lean meat,
low-fat dairy, fruits, and vegetables are all part of a
balanced diet. If you eat a well-balanced diet and
exercise regularly, you will get a good night's sleep
and feel energised throughout the day.

Improve longevity

When you start eating properly and exercising
regularly, your body will rectify all of your poor habits
and daily routine. Your body will grow fitter and
healthier as a result of this. Everything adds up to a
person's life expectancy.

Healthy skin, nourished hair, and general well-being
are all benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. All of the
above benefits can only be obtained by regular
exercise and a healthy diet. Take a small stroll every
day to build up to a lengthy walk if you desire a
healthy physique.

change our daily routine, and start eating
foods that nourish and sustain our bodies.

First and foremost, a man increases
immunity by maintaining his fitness and
adopting a healthy lifestyle. By adopting a
healthy lifestyle, men can prevent severe
illnesses like the flu and gastrointestinal
issues. As a consequence, regular exercise
and a well-balanced diet will help you lose
weight and improve your overall health.

Improve mood

You may boost your mood by adopting a
healthy lifestyle, which will lead to a calm
mind and keep you energized throughout
the day. Exercise and a healthy diet might
make you feel happier and more confident.

It is human nature for a person to execute
his task more correctly and creatively when
he is pleased and content, but if he is not in
a good mood, he cannot function at his best.
A good and healthy lifestyle will assist a
person in releasing stress and tension from
his head, allowing him to accomplish all of
his responsibilities with complete intuition
and produce excellent results.

vitamins. People could follow the healthy
food pyramid which are eat most grain foods,
eat more vegetables and fruits, eat

alternatives and eat less oil, salt and sugar.

Medical check-ups increase people's lifespan

improve circulation and reduce the risk of
disease such as heart disease, obesity and
some cancers. In addition, regular exercise
also releases stress, anxiety, anger and
depression. It can boost our mood, energy
and health.
