Exterior Inspection

Check that home services meet contract specifications (landscaping, pool,
spa, exterminators, etc

Walk the property and check overall security of the home 
Visually inspect exterior walls, roof and gutters (from the ground)
Visually check irrigation and landscaping for potential issues
Check and collect mail, remove newspapers, and solicitations
