our chairs, the M3000 series is the most popular treatment chairs
for both Orthodontic and Pediatric offices. All our M300 and M3000
series chairs are manufactured using a durable steel frame, quiet
low-voltage DC motors, ergonomically designed winged back,

may be a constraint or in consult rooms. All M3010 series chairs
are manufactured using a durable steel frame, quiet low-voltage DC
motors, an ergonomically designed winged back, synchronized drop

The E530 and E535 are your records room solution. Available in either
manual pump or motorized lift base these chairs are sure to provide years
of service. Both chairs are manufactured using a durable steel frame, an
ergonomically designed winged back, manually synchronized back and
toe sections, adjustable armrests and a LL69 double articulating headrest.

E535 The E535 has an electric motor for vertical
lift reducing the effort by your staff to properly
position the patient.

Pedo Benches

Boyd’s Pedo Benches provide an alternative to chairs for treating children. Our benches are adaptable
platforms that can be easily modified to meet your specific requirements. The bench top on both
models articulate at the mid-section making the patient more comfortable and aiding in proper
positioning. Each model comes with a single articulating headrest, foot protector, full extension soft-
close drawers with under mount glides and an under toe compartment for additional storage.

PB4000 The PB4000 is a fully instrumented version
of the bench featuring an automatic delivery system
on a pivoting holder bar.

Boyd is pleased to offer the company’s 2nd Generation LED Exam Lights. The LED
Technology provides a clear and natural white light to provide the best visibility of the
oral cavity. The durability of our models has been verified by an independent 3rd party
laboratory which reported the cool, low-power consuming LED Light technology will
provide you with many years of trouble free service. The diode technology designed into
our models emits light in the white to IR range of the light spectrum. They do not emit
light in the UV range which could effect the use of UV-cure bonding compounds. Our

We offer all standard and retraction
units with a two hand piece automatic
delivery system with HVE, saliva ejector
and 3-way syringe, ¾” plywood internal
construction and laminate top. Optional
solid surface countertops are available in
either Corian™ or Silestone™ materials.
Our drawers are constructed using high
quality maple hardwood, dovetail join-
ery with smooth operating under mount
self-closing full extension drawer glides.
All units have both internal and external
duplex electrical outlets to power your
electronic devices. The delivery units are
designed with computer storage with

Self-Contained Water System

Why use a Self-Contained Water System?

The use of distilled or sterile water in the delivery unit aides in
the prevention of mineral and other deposits that can build up
in your system. Further, it eliminates the need for a backflow
check valve when the unit is plumbed to your commercial water
source reducing expense and maintenance. The Boyd system’s
standard features include a one liter water bottle, mounting
bracket, pressure adjustment and interconnect tubing.

DryCurve1000

The DryCurve1000 is an easy to use, automated dental instrument dryer that will rapidly
and thoroughly dry instruments prior to sterilization. Drying time is only 20 minutes.

Why is Instrument Drying Important?
The drying of instruments after cleaning and before sterilization is required by current CDC
guidelines. When instruments are cleaned, they are typically rinsed with tap water after
the cleaning process. Tap water contains minerals that, in many cases, can be transferred
to the sterilization chamber, causing a buildup of minerals in the chamber sterilizing
equipment. This buildup can also lead to discoloration and pitting of the instruments.
Drying instruments thoroughly will prevent corrosion and improve the performance of
steam sterilizers.

premier Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental equipment product company in the industry.

Boyd Industries warrants its chair and cabinetry products against component and/or workmanship defects
by offering a 3 year parts and 1 year labor warranty commencing on the invoice date of your equipment. The
company reserves the right to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any component or assembly deemed
defective. The warranty will be voided if products are improperly maintained or installed or altered from its
original design. Products distributed by Boyd carry the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty.

Boyd will not be responsible for damage to product or office facilities caused by mishandling during transport
and unloading. All products must be inspected upon receipt with any damage noted with carrier for filing of
damage claim.
