Due to the incredible demand, we now offer customers a place not only to design and supply their kitchen cabinetry but to complete a full remodel. We can help with everything from labor to lighting through our various partners in the industry. You will find that our award-winning design staff is masterful at getting every square inch of usable space out of your design. TRUST Our Process At Cabinetek we want to make our process as easy and seamless for you as possible. This is why we will provide you with everything you need to place an order. We offer 9 different brands for you to choose from based on your project's needs. Spec book, digital catalogs, samples and order forms will be provided. When working with us you have the ability to use both of our showroom locations to meet with your client. Step 1: Collaboration Once all selections are finalized, our wholesale specialists will submit your order to the manufacturer. All order acknowledgments will be sent directly from the factory to you to make corrections and review for accuracy. We will communicate shipping dates, schedule deliveries and assist with any change orders. Step 2: Ordering Step 3: Delivery & Service All your cabinetry will include "white glove" delivery service directly to your job site or warehouse. Our staff works diligently alongside you to help ensure a stress free experience throughout your project. Even after delivery and installation, our team will prioritize any warranties that may arise.
DIFFERENT TYPESOFOVERLAYS INSET CABINETRY Widely considered to be the most elegant appearance of the four overlays. Inset doors are mounted inside the face frame, flush with the front edge of the cabinet side frame so the entire face frame is visible. FRAMELESS CABINETRY European inspired, frameless cabinetry has three sides with the door making up the fourth side. Offering more accessibility than the other three overlays, it is the cabinet of choice for anyone struggling with lack of storage in their space. THE 4 DIFFERENT OVERLAYS (FROM MOST EXPENSIVE TO LEAST EXPENSIVE) FULL OVERLAY CABINETRY Full overlay framed cabinets make up over 60% of what is sold today. They are flexible in their styling and almost cover the entire face frame of the cabinet usually leaving 1/4" or less. TRADITIONAL OVERLAY CABINETRY Once a staple of kitchens and baths, partial overlay doors leave roughly a 1-1/8" reveal which is perfect for consumers who don't want to put knobs or handles on their cabinetry.
PRE-ASSEMBLEDCABINETRY VS. READY TOASSEMBLE (RTA) Ready to Assemble (RTA) Pre-Assembled (PA) Speed Most RTA Cabinets will ship out within a week, unless parts are out of stock. Pre-assembled cabinets can take anywhere from 2-16 weeks depending on the cabinet line. Quality The quality of RTA cabinets is very much dependent on the person assembling them. If RTAs are assembled with precision and care, your customer shouldn't be able to tell the difference. Traditionally pre-assembled cabinets are of higher quality because the people assembling them are professionals. Convenience Unfortunately assembling cabinets is laboursome and tedious. Expect to spend 20-60 minutes putting together each cabinet. Convenience is a major factor in deciding to go with preassembled cabinets. They come already packaged ready to be installed. Damage in Shipping It is far less likely that cabinets flat packaged will have damage due to the way they are palletized. Cabinets already boxed are more likely to be damaged because there is more "surface area" to damage. However this is very dependent on who is handling the delivery. Cost Less Labor, Less Cost. More Labor, More Cost. Look for the RTA logo next to the cabinet manufacturers to find out who ships RTAs.

They also offer a "Custom" line that will find any wood species available to produce your cabinetry. PIONEER CABINETRY Pioneer Cabinetry has manufactured semi-custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry since 1986. Their factory is located in the heart of Michigan in Davison and their vast selection of woods and styles are created using only products manufactured in the United States. Lead Time: 7-12 Weeks** Cost: $$$ Construction: Framed MERILLAT CABINETRY Merillat has been providing quality cabinetry since 1946. With manufacturing plants located throughout the United States, Merillat has grown to become one of the nation’s largest cabinet manufacturers with an incredible variety in doors and styles. They do boast some of the best finishing machinery in the industry. River Run continues to make a quality product for customers on a budget.
