ACSR Conductors

Consist of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by
strands of aluminum (E.C. GRADE). ACSR conductors are
available in a wide range of steel, containing carbon from
0.5% to 0.85 %. The higher strength ACSR conductors are
used for river crossings, overhead ground wires, installations
involving extra long spans etc. Against any given resistance of
conductor, ACSR may be manufactured within a wide range of
tensile strength as per the requirement.

A conductor surrounded by insulation to prevent
current leakage or short circuits.

Insulated Aluminium Conductor
is widely used for overhead
secondary distribution lines and
is coated with weather proofing
polyethylene or XLPE. Insulated
Aluminium conductor is not
treated as electrical insulated
conductor, but as bare
conductor when installed. It
mainly provides weather
proofing of the conductors and is
offered at industry leading prices
to our clients.It is very
competitive compare to Cables,
suitable for big industries to cut
the cost as compare to cables.

Greased Conductor

Greased Conductor are ACSR, AACSR conductor with high
temperature grease filled in the steel core or in complete
conductor.
