zijn hier aan de Costa del Sol 20 nieuwbouw projekten die zeer goed in de markt liggen en
gemiddeld binnen 6 maanden van tekening verkocht worden.
Gedurende de bouw verhogen de bouwheren de prijzen met tussen de 10 en 30% van de
aankoopprijs. Al onze klanten die sinds eerste kwartaal 2015 van tekening kochten hebben
