3.10.1 ViTrox Academy Learning Management System (VALMS)
VALMS is a learning portal that is designed to facilitate the online learning of
students. It
enables students to access a wide range of learning materials,
and obtain their
assignments and grades.

7.9.3 Borrowing and Renewals
The students are required to abide by the following rules and regulations:
1. The users can borrow up to 5 books from the library at any one time.
The
journals and magazines are to be used only within the library.
2. The loan duration is 14 working days. An extension of another 14 days
will be
granted upon request
8.0 DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
PROCEDURES
ViTrox College’s Disciplinary Action Procedures will be applied when a student is
accused of misconduct on or off college premises (including online). The
procedures serve the purpose of protecting all members of the ViTrox College
community by enforcing the standard of appropriate behaviour. In addition,
setting clear
and transparent expectations for how students should pay attention
and responsibility
for each other. Any breach of the offences shall be dealt with
following the provided
rules and regulations. The College authorities reserve the
right to conduct an
investigation and render any action deemed necessary to
individuals who have violated
the standards of conduct expected of students. The
appointed college authorities shall
act as the final authority in matters of conduct
and discipline.
8.1 Disciplinary Action
A student who is found guilty of a disciplinary offence shall be liable to any
appropriate
combination of disciplinary action as may be specified by the
College:
A formal reprimand;
Suspension from any or all of the college facilities for a specific period;
Suspension or dismissal from any course offered by the college;
Suspension from the college for a period of time;
Expulsion from the College;
Any legal actions as deemed appropriate.
