Middleton Memorial VA Project 607-18-108 at William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI involved a comprehensive renovation of the 10,000 sq ft Inpatient Ward on the 4th floor of B-Wing. Our scope encompassed demolition, hazardous material removal, carpentry, interior finishes, window/door installations, and advanced systems integration, including medical, HVAC, and telecommunication systems. One Medical – Chicago (5), Boston, New York, Columbus These interior, medical office and lab space buildouts include highly appointed finishes and precise scheduling. During the months of March 2020, thru March of 2021, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Pacific completed 7 projects for One Medical and never missed a completion date. Due to One Medical’s involvement in the battle against COVID-19, speed of delivery was critical. In every one of these projects, Pacific met or exceeded the projected delivery date. Health System – Primary Care Clinic The overall design concept for this new Primary Care Clinic in Minneapolis, MN reflects a contemporary, first-class healthcare facility that relates to the function and character of the Veteran's Administration while establishing a warm, rejuvenating experience for patients. The new 15,500 square foot Primary Care Clinic and associated support functions include: an infection control isolation exam room, procedure rooms specifically designed for specialized treatments, patient care exam rooms, team rooms, and shared medical appointment rooms. The Primary Care Clinic will be the first phase of construction, followed by future phases adding an additional 13,300 square foot Clinic space and future expansion to construct a second floor, all connected to the main hospital building by an enclosed walkway.
University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences Systems - Chicago, IL This multi-phased project included the renovation of medical suites, classrooms, and lab space. New exam rooms, procedure rooms, bathrooms, labs, offices, clean rooms and staff support spaces were created. In addition, new mechanical systems and controls were installed as well as an entirely new fire alarm system. All of this work took place in a fully operational hospital. Therefore, Pacific implemented heavy infection controls to eliminate any negative impacts on the health and safety of patients and hospital staff throughout the hospital building. Carbon Health Carbon Health's new Dedham location is a state-of-the-art urgent and primary care medical office, spanning 4,000 sf. Illinois V.A. Health System The Building 42 Laboratory is a ground-up 21,000 square foot structural steel and EIFS veneer building designed with the capability to add a second story to the structure. This project is a building expansion of an existing laboratory that serves the outpatient clinic. The Building 42 Laboratory will include a basement for future expansion, Phlebotomy station rooms, blood bank room, Microbiology and Histology rooms and main lab space with workstations.
