Team Guidelines MEALS/RESTAURANT l Check your body temperature and wash your hands before you take meal. l Please respect and listen to the restaurant team for the arrangement of the table setting. l Always give the GM priority at the buffet. Go out of your way to give them the right of way. l Do not leave the restaurant with food, and do not pick up the food with fingers at buffet. BAR/ALCOHOL l Never ask or force a G.M to drink; wait for them to invite you and avoid overconsumption with G.Ms and yourselves. l Do not abuse alcohol. Moderation and decorum are always expected. l Remember that G.M.s have priority in being served. l Do not walk around the resort with drinks/food in your hand (outside of the theatre). l Do not offer alcohol to under aged GMs (18yrs below in China). l Do not bring drinks on the dance floor or stage due to safety reason. l Help the bar team by returning used glasses to the bar. l If GM wish to take drinks to their room, inform them to change the plastic glass at the bar. DRUGS l Zero Tolerance for using, selling, or possessing illegal drugs at any time on or off Club Med property. l Any person found in these circumstances will be immediately terminated and may be subject to criminal prosecution. (WARNING : follow the laws of the Country) l Management retains the right for random drug testing and room checks.


HARRASSMENT/ASSAULT l Harassment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, age, disability or any other protected status will not be tolerated with anyone and in any place. l Report all incidents of harassment/assault immediately to your supervisors or the HR department if there is any. SMOKING l No smoking at activities during working hours. l Smoking is only permitted at designated area. (Always ask the GM if they mind if you smoke & never ever smoke close to kids or teenagers.) Covid-19 (Please find covid-19 Village Rules S22) l Must wear N95 Mask in all the time. l Check your body temperature in Twice a day. l Submit the paper of Sign-in and -out at HR before you go out from the village and after you come back to the village for log book. l Inform your MGR if you do not feel well or over 37.5 ℃ or any other related symptoms. l No gathering in your room. DAY OFF l You are not required to wear the uniform or your badge, but you must dress smart with clean clothes if you are in the common areas of the resort. l You must follow the same rules of attitude and behavior as normal. l No groups of G.O.s off together in common areas in the resort. l Enjoy the amazing place we live. Try different activities. Just remember our GM’s are the priority at all times. Team Guidelines


PROPERTY l It’s strictly forbidden to smoke in the room. l Please respect your neighbors. No sound pollution, nor loud partying. l Please respect your room. You can be held responsible for any damages. l Do not take any company’s PMH (glasses, plates, silverware, etc) to your room. l Management retains the right for random room checks. l We are all responsible for keeping our resort clean, please help to pick up debris, and return PMH to restaurant/bar. l Advise management if you see something unusual to be repaired. l We are to demonstrate high standards of energy efficiency & conservation practices in line with our Happy to Care vision. PERSONAL LIFE l Avoid talking about details of your private life or internal matters of the company with the G.M.s. l If you are in couple, stay discreet in the resort. l Do not dance provocatively with G.M.s or other G.O.s. l Public displays of affections (hand holding, kissing, etc) with G.O.s and G.M.s are forbidden, even on day off. l Avoid gossiping about other G.O.s or G.M.s. Take care of each other. l Use social media in a smart way when posting comments: Be professional not to mix work with your personal life. l No ASSUMPTIONS in any cases! Do not assume that your job is the most difficult one than others. Always help each other. l Respect ,Treat your team members how you would like to be treated. l Defend your resort, your service, your team, and your managers when you are within the resort as well as outside. You represent Club Med where you are, and be proud of what you do. Team Guidelines


PERSONAL HYGIENE l Always ensure your hands are washed before and after meals and especially after entering and using the toilet facilities. l Hand Sanitizers are available throughout the village and it is encouraged that all GO’s utilize them and also communicate this point with our GM’s. l To keep the basic standards of hygiene concerning showering, cleanliness, and overall grooming. BRAND AMBASSADOR l Greetings at all times to EVERYONE: GM, GO, GE,... Say Hello with a SMILE under the mask! l Never say NO to the G.M.s, always look for a way to solve their needs. l Safety and security for GMs (of course including children) and the team is always at priority. l No eating or drinking alcohol at your service. l Use clear, proper and polite language (including body gesture) in public, even among your team. l Avoid having your hands into your pockets or your arms crossed while speaking to GMs or walking in the resort. l Chewing of gum in public & at primary duty are not permitted. l Please report to your scheduled area 10 minutes early. l G.O.s must carry the G.O program at all times. (Do not show it to GMs!) l Usage of personal phone need to be smart and discreet. l Never use phone while walking around or when there is GM in front of you. l Do not drink and drive and respect the rules of the road and alcohol testing that takes place by the local authorities. DRESS CODE l Uniform should be clean and ironed. l For day dress code,Long sleeve polo shirts and a winter jacket will be given to you as uniforms.( Welcome & Service, Ski team, F&B team will have different uniforms).you should prepare White/Black/Beigek(khaki) and Jeans Pants. l Evening dress code will be discovered in page 18 to page20. l Comfortable warm shoes that are upscale and professional also should be prepared. l Name badge clean with all the Club Med trident. Should always be worn on the left. l Sunglasses can be worn in activities to protect your eyes only, however, remove them when speaking to the G.M always. l Males must be shaven daily or be neat and clean, light make-up for females even during the day. Look professional. l Female staff’s hair need to be tied up while on duty.
