Club Med LIJIANG: Dress Code Day time : You need to bring White, Black Pants and Blue Jeans to follow the announced day dress code. You will be given Club Med polo shirts and a winter jacket as uniforms for the day. ( Welcome & Service, Back Offices team will have different uniforms) Don’t forget to bring comfortable warm shoes that are upscale and professional Nighttime: Every night during a week, we wear different dress code in Elegant. We recommend you prepare: • All White • Black & White • Black & Red • Black and Glow • Very Elegant (suit, dress) • Asian Elegant • Pink & White or Blue & White • Elegant Flora • Elegant 45/88 45/88 T-shirts can be purchased in the resort with staff discounts Do not wear in the resort: Tank top for men Torn jeans or with holes Flip Flop (Slippers)/ Crock shoes / sandals Sunglasses (allowed only when doing outside activity) Back packs Beanie or head gear in the resort Facial Piercing

Club Med LIJIANG: Team Guidelines DRESS CODE ❖ Uniform should be clean and ironed, following the day dress code. ❖ Name badge clean with all the Club Med trident. Should always be worn on the left. ❖ Sunglasses can be worn in activities to protect your eyes only, however, remove them when speaking to the G.M always. ❖ Males must be shaven daily or be neat and clean, light makeup for females even during the day. Look professional. ❖ Female staff’s hair need to be tied up while on duty. No big earrings while on duty. ❖ No walking around the resort without shirt or shoes. ❖ No backpacks, no hoody, no caps, and beanie in the village. MEALS/RESTAURANT ❖ On working days Lunch & Dinner must be eaten in the restaurant together with the GM. (Your manager will inform you for some special occasion.) Only Mini Club GO who are on lunch duty will eat with the kids who sign in the Mini Club. ❖ Please respect and listen to the restaurant team for the arrangement of the table setting. ❖ Always give the GM priority at the buffet. Go out of your way to give them the right of way. ❖ Do not leave the restaurant with food, and do not pick up the food with fingers at buffet. ❖ Wash your hands before you take meal. BAR/ALCOHOL ❖ Never ask or force a G.M to drink; wait for them to invite you and avoid overconsumption with G.Ms and yourselves. ❖ Do not abuse alcohol. Moderation and decorum are always expected.


Club Med LIJIANG: Team Guidelines ❖ Remember that G.M.s have priority in being served. ❖ Do not walk around the resort with drinks/food in your hand (outside of the theatre). ❖ Do not offer alcohol to under aged. ❖ Do not bring drinks on the dance floor or stage due to safety reason. ❖ Help the bar team by returning used glasses to the bar. ❖ If GM wish to take drinks to away from the bar, inform them to change the plastic glass at the bar. SMOKING ❖ No smoking at activities during working hours. ❖ Smoking is only permitted at designated area. ❖ Never smoke close to kids or teenagers. DRUGS ❖ Zero Tolerance for using, selling, or possessing illegal drugs at any time on or off Club Med property. ❖ Any person found in these circumstances will be immediately terminated and may be subject to criminal prosecution. (WARNING : follow the laws of the Country) ❖ Management retains the right for random drug testing and room checks. HARRASSMENT/ASSAULT ❖ Zero Tolerance to Harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, age, disability or any other protected status will not be tolerated with anyone and in any place. ❖ Report all incidents of harassment/assault immediately to your supervisors or the HR department if there is any.


Club Med LIJIANG: Team Guidelines PROPERTY ❖ It’s strictly forbidden to smoke in the room. ❖ Please respect your neighbors. No sound pollution, nor loud partying. ❖ Please respect your room. You can be held responsible for any damages. ❖ Do not take any company’s PMH (glasses, plates, silverware, etc) to your room. ❖ Management retains the right for random room checks. ❖ We are all responsible for keeping our resort clean, please help to pick up debris, and return PMH to restaurant/bar. ❖ Advise management if you see something unusual to be repaired. ❖ We are to demonstrate high standards of energy efficiency & conservation practices in line with our Happy to Care vision. DAY OFF ❖ You are not required to wear the uniform or your badge, but you must dress smart with clean clothes if you are in the public areas of the resort. ❖ You must follow the same rules of attitude and behavior as normal. ❖ No groups of G.O.s off together in public areas in the resort. ❖ Enjoy the amazing place we live. Try different activities. Just remember our GM’s are the priority at all times. PERSONAL LIFE ❖ Avoid talking about details of your private life or internal matters of the company with the G.M.s. ❖ If you are in couple, stay discreet in the resort. ❖ Do not dance provocatively with G.M.s or other G.O.s. ❖ Public displays of affections (hand holding, kissing, etc) with G.O.s and G.M.s are forbidden, even on day off.


Club Med LIJIANG: Team Guidelines ❖ Avoid gossiping about other G.O.s or G.M.s. Take care of each other. ❖ Use social media in a smart way when posting comments: Be professional not to mix work with your personal life. ❖ No ASSUMPTIONS in any cases! Do not assume that your job is the most difficult one than others. Always help each other. ❖ Respect – Treat your team members how you would like to be treated. ❖ Defend your resort, your service, your team, and your managers when you are within the resort as well as outside. You represent Club Med where you are and be proud of what you do. PERSONAL HYGIENE ❖ Always ensure your hands are washed before and after meals and especially after entering and using the toilet facilities. ❖ Hand Sanitizers are available throughout the village, and it is encouraged that all GO’s utilize them and also communicate this point with our GM’s. ❖ To keep the basic standards of hygiene concerning showering, cleanliness, and overall grooming.


Club Med LIJIANG: Team Guidelines BRAND AMBASSADOR ❖ Greetings at all times to EVERYONE: GM, GO, GE,... Say Hello with a SMILE under the mask! ❖ Never say NO to the G.M.s, always look for a way to solve their needs. ❖ Pay attention while talking to G.M.s, and avoid to use personal mobile in front of G.M. ❖ Safety and security for GMs (of course including children) and the team is always at priority. ❖ No eating or drinking alcohol at your service. ❖ Use clear, proper and polite language (including body gesture) in public, even among your team. ❖ Avoid having your hands into your pockets or your arms crossed while speaking to GMs or walking in the resort. ❖ Chewing of gum in public & at primary duty are not permitted. ❖ Please report to your scheduled area 10 minutes early. ❖ G.O.s must carry the G.O program at all times. (Do not show it to GMs!) ❖ Usage of personal phone need to be smart and discreet. Never use phone while walking around or when there is GM in front of you. ❖ Do not drink and drive and respect the rules of the road and alcohol testing that takes place by the local authorities.
