NFT Floor Prices Sink Amid Crypto
Crash, But Overall Sales On the Rise

AUTHOR: ANDREW HAYWARD

DATE OF PUBLICATION: JUNE 14 2022

NEWS MEDIA COMPANY: DCRYPT.CO

Summary (Minimum 12 sentences):

The crypto market is currently going down, way down with a 14% drop in overall value over the past 24 hours. Including
a 16% loss for Bitcoin and an 18% loss for Ethereum. NFT collections are also feeling the hurt of the battered crypto
market, due in part to the falling ETH price. But surprisingly, NFT trading volume has been doing well and had actually
risen sharply over the past 24 hours. 54% over the previous period suggesting that collectors may be taking advantage
of lower prices. "Blue Chip" NFTs are falling the popular Bored Ape Yacht Club has seen its floor price at a cost of the
cheapest available NFT listed on a secondary marketplace drop to nearly $107,000. It's representing a 16% in the last
day when measured in U.S. dollars, per data from NFT Price Floor. The damage isn’t quite as bad when measured in
ETH: the Bored Ape price floor has dropped almost 11% to about 74.5 ETH. Still, the project has lost a huge amount of
value over the last month and a half. The cheapest Bored Ape you could buy on April 29 was 152 ETH, or about
$429,000 at the time. Collectors are taking advantage of the lower priced NFTs and falling valuations to snap up
typically pricey NFTs at lower-than-usual prices. Pretty much all red on the NFT floor price list today, it’s the opposite
for trading volume on CryptoSlam’s list of top NFT projects. Overall, according to the crypto analytics site, the NFT
market has seen a 54% increase in trading volume over the past 24 hours compared to the previous 24-hour window.
The day's sales total nearly $39 million, which is significantly lower than the daily amount seen as recently as early
May, but is an improvement over recent daily trading volume tallies. An NFT serves as a deed of ownership to an item,
and they’re often used for digital goods such as artwork, profile pictures, and sports and entertainment collectibles.

This news is definitely a half bad and half good news https://decrypt.co/102802/nft-floor-
since people are taking advantage of a problem (good prices-sink-amid-crypto-crash-but-overall-
thing). This event shows us an understanding on its sales-on-the-rise
topic, telling us a problem then a solution people are
using. In my opinion there is an idea we can all accept
and that is to turn every bad event in our favour.

What is water worth

John Perritano

Level Z books

15 Pages

Unknown

So many people around the world can take water for granted and
easily. This planet won't be able to survive without water, that's
why it's so precious. For one thing, most of Earth’s water is salt
water, which we can’t drink. Only about 3 percent of Earth’s water is
fresh, and most of that is locked away in polar ice caps, glaciers, or
underground layers of rock called aquifers. Water is not distributed
around the world equally, and have trouble finding resources.
Today, we can only reach and use 1 percent of Earth’s freshwater.
Water pollution is a problem on many continents. In some other
countries water can have bacteria and diseases causing harm.
Growing populations reduce the amount of water available for
each person. Fifty years ago, the 2.5 billion people on Earth only
used a third of the freshwater that we use today. Today, research
shows that more than 1.1 billion people 1 in every 6 people in the
world don’t have enough clean water to drink. Countries need help
finding solutions to the water crisis. Workers in Saudi Arabia are
converting salt water to freshwater in a process called desalination.
The process is expensive, though, and many countries cannot
afford to build desalination plants. The island nation of Singapore is
purifying waste water that comes from washing dishes, flushing
toilets, and taking baths and showers .

In my opinion, this book is easy to read and
understandable, since it teaches a lot on current
world problems. It can teach future generation
on the importance of things. I would highly
recommend this book due to its brief
information taken from sources. I could see
nothing wrong with reading such book, it brings
large benefits to the society and spread
awareness.

him successful.
