- DO NOT remove the container from the motor base while the appliance is in operation.

try to defeat the interlock mechanism; make sure that the attachment is properly installed

before operating the appliance.
- DO NOT expose containers to extreme temperture changes.
- Exercise extreme caution when blending hot liquids.
- CAUTION: Do not process food or liquid that is hotter than 180 F/82 C. Allow very hot

ingredients to cool before processing.
- DO NOT overfill.
- Extrem caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot food, water or

other liquids.
- When processing hot food or liquids, always open the pouring spout cap to vent the

steam. Keep hands away from hot surface to prevent possible burns or scalding.
- DO NOT operate the appliance empty.
- To reduce the risk of burns, always allow the appliance to cool after blending hot liquids

before taking off parts and before cleaning.
- If the appliance overheats, a thermal switch will become activated and shut off the motor.

To reset, unplug the appliance and let it cool down for approximately 15 minutes before

using again
- In the event that unit flashes from overloading, the unit will shut down. Unplug the unit

and wait 15 minutes to reset.
- THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use this appliance

for anything other than its intended use. Do not use outdoors.
- The maximum rating is based on the 6-Blade Assembly (pitcher) that drives the greatest

power and other recommended attachments may draw significantly less power or current.

NOTE: This unit has a short power supply cord to reduce the risk resulting from becoming

entangled in or tripping over a long cord. An extension cord may be used if you are careful

- If using an extension cord, the electric rating of the extension cord should be rated at
least 15 amperes. Extension cord rated for less amperage may overheat.

- An extension cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
CAUTION: Make sure that the motor base is unplugged from the power source.

1 Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.

2 Lower the jar or the bowl onto the motor base.

3 Rotate the container to the left as far as it will go. As the container rotates, it will lower
and the safety tabs on the bottom of the container will slide under the safety tabs on the
top of the motor base.

4 The jar or bowl can be placed on the motor base, according to the clockwise rotation.

5 Holding the desired attachment by the shaft, place it onto the gear shaft inside the

container. Ensure that the attachment fits around the gear shaft and that it is standing

straight.

USING THE 6 - BLADE ASSEMBLY

1 Holding the 6-Blade assembly by the shaft, place it onto the gear shaft inside the jar.
Ensure that the attachment fits around the gear shaft and that it is standing straight.

2 Add the ingredients and secure the lid onto the jar.

3 Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet and select the speed to start the machine.

HOW TO USE
1 Place the jar or bowl onto the motor base and insert the desired attachment. (See
‘HOW TO ASSEMBLE’.)

42 Add the ingredients to the container. Make sure your total of ingredients do not exceed
1700 ml. marked on the jar.

USING THE DRY GRINDER
1 For the first time use, unlock the grinder cup from blade base by loosen the screw
under blade base.

2 Remove grinder cup from blade base by turning anticlockwise.

3 Fill grinder cup with dry food i.e. coffee bean, peanut, spice, pepper.

4 Assemble cup with the blade base, turning clockwise to lock.
5 Put grinder set on motor base turn until lock in position.

6 Operate with high speed setting, maximum is 30 second/cycle.

Remark: For safety reason,
the machine will not work
if the assembly is incorrect.

CLEANING AND CARE

CLEANING
- When cleaning the motor unit, if the motor is warm, allow it to cool down first. Wipe the

outer surface of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaner or scouting
creams. Never immerse the motor unit in water. Wipe any excess food particles from the
power cord. Dry all components thoroughly.
- Wash the blender stem under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaners or
detergents.
- Do not use a pointed or sharp object to remove items of food lodged in the blade bush
any debris out with a plastic brush.

- Do not immerse the stem in water because over time the lubrication on the bearings will
deteriorate.

- Blades are very sharp, handle with care. When all components are dry, reassemble the
blender.

- After cleaning, coil the cable loosely around the motor unit, and stow the blender out of
direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
