For over 25 years BADA Fair has been the
Spring highlight for the fine art, design and
antiques community, showcasing beautiful
objects of outstanding quality from 100
of the UK’s finest dealers.
The week-long event offers collectors,
curators, art professionals and interior
designers from across the world, the chance
to meet BADA dealers, benefit from their
extensive expertise and purchase
exceptional pieces of traditional, modern
and contemporary art and antiques.

Set in the heart of Chelsea, London’s most
fashionable and exclusive shopping district,
BADA Fair is held on the illustrious Kings
Road, immediately adjacent to the
world-renowned Saatchi Gallery.
Housed in a purpose built pavilion, BADA
Fair’s location provides participating dealers
with a unique opportunity to host their own
seven-day salon on the Kings Road.
Surrounded by exclusive designer stores,
international retail brands, fine dining and
boutique hotels, BADA Fair is ideally placed
to attract not only the wealthy residents of
Chelsea, Kensington and Mayfair but also the
many thousands of affluent visitors, both
from the UK and internationally.

DESIGN

BADA Fair takes place in a 5,000m2
purpose-built pavilion on Duke of York’s Square
which is built to the highest specifications over
a 10-day period each year. We work with
leading designers to ensure that each Fair has
a unique style. This runs consistently
throughout all elements of BADA Fair,
from promotional and marketing literature to
our website and social media channels and
most importantly the Fair itself.

The striking frontage projects our presence
directly onto the Kings Road, reflecting the
Fair’s core elements of fine art, design and
antiques, both traditional and contemporary.
Once inside, our stylish vistas are open,
spacious and easy to navigate, creating a
beautiful environment, which reflects the
quality and luxury of the magnificent pieces
on display.

PR AND MARKETING
Our comprehensive media strategy engages
national and international press, antique and
fine art trade publications, leading consumer
magazines, interior design publications and
luxury lifestyle magazines to generate year
round coverage and build momentum ahead
of the annual Fair launch in March.
We work closely with luxury and aspirational
online and print publications in London, the
UK and internationally to support exhibitors
through bespoke advertising to key interest
groups. Over 18,000 collectors, museum
professionals, high-net worth individuals, art
and antique advisors and interior designers
attend each year.

WEBSITE AND SOCIAL

In addition to our extensive PR and Marketing
campaigns, BADA Fair actively develops and
engages a growing audience of collectors and
buyers through our regularly updated
website www.badafair.com, e-newsletters
and via BADA social media channels.

The website acts as a central hub for news and
information, as well as providing an excellent
platform for dealers to showcase their items
via our online galleries. News articles are
distributed to followers via Twitter and
Facebook and encourage new audiences
through our e-newsletter sign-up system.

Our Instagram and Pinterest accounts have
a more relaxed approach, reflecting the
differing tones of the platforms.These are
designed to capture the interest of followers
on an aesthetic level, thereby allowing us
to engage new audiences and promote our
members work in an effective style.

EVENTS

Throughout BADA Fair, we run a series of
events catering to collectors, buyers and high
net worth individuals, the highlight of which is
our exclusive Private Preview event. Held on
the eve of the Fair’s Opening Day, this exclusive
invitation only champagne reception is designed
to give our members’ top clients, collectors
and designers the opportunity to browse
and buy dealers’ finest pieces, before the
Fair opens to the public.

In addition to the Private Preview we also
work with our sponsors and partners to
offer private tours and receptions. In recent
years, parties enjoying private tours and
events have included Relais & Chateaux’s
prestigious Club 5C, the London Ladies Club,
the American expatriate group FOCUS
and the British Spanish Society.

Another highlight of the Fair is our Charity
Gala Dinner which provides our chosen
charity with the opportunity to invite their
top patrons to attend a black-tie dinner.
Guests enjoy a champagne reception on
arrival, giving the chance to explore the
Fair and meet our exhibitors.
