for customers supplying multi fuel and wood burning stoves which
includes an initial survey to ascertain individual requirements, supply
and installation of the stove and relevant components to provide a
finished product which is compliant and fit for purpose.

as the cost of heating our homes continues to rise significantly and
consumers become more environmentally aware, increasing num-
bers of home owners are looking for more efficient and cheaper
methods of heating. the range of stoves we supply and install will
save money and offer the added benefits of being ‘greener’ and vi-
sually more appealing. although the stoves will burn a range of fuels,
wood remains the most popular.

BACKGROUND

Hot Box Stoves specialises in the supply
and installation of wood burning stoves
and multifuel stoves. In order to provide our
customers with the best possible service
we have developed our skill base so that
we are able to offer a full package approach
to an installation. This eliminates the need
for customers to involve several different
contractors, subsequently reducing costs
and management time and ensures that
the end product and its surroundings are
100% fit for purpose and in line with HETAS
regulations.

Hot Box stoves are based in york and
specialise in the supply and installation of
quality wood burning and multifuel stoves.

03 FRANCHISING
IN THE UK

Franchising is now an established and successful
method of operating a business and is recognised

Franchising is often described as a partnership, where
the franchisor provides a tried and tested business

product that not only looks beautiful but could also save money.

The franchise is designed to operate in a simple yet
effective manner with franchisees spending most of
their time on business development.

Our attention to detail and consistently high levels of
customer service have led to our success and it is essential
that franchisees replicate our current business processes as
set out in the operations manual.

Working within their own territory, each franchisee will
promote and expand their business and deal directly with
customer enquiries. They will manage the entire process in-
cluding survey and quotation, advising on the most suitable
stoves for the customer’s requirements, the installation itself
and finally ensuring customer satisfaction.
Hot Box franchisees will also be encouraged to offer
continued after sales support through annual service
packages and the supply of wood fuel and accessories.

We will provide ongoing support to
franchisees to help them succeed,
including developing brand awareness
and providing e-commerce support.

We will also be available for general advice on the
day to day running of your business. in return,
you must be totally focused on establishing and
expanding your franchise throughout the territory
you manage.

Of course no matter how committed we are to
helping you get established, starting a new busi-
ness can be challenging as well as exciting and
will require you to invest both time and
money. However, when successful the rewards
and sense of achievement are tremendous.

Hotbox dealt with everything for us. We were happy with their
suggestions and knowledge - and the price! We had other
quotes which were a little cheaper, however, Hotbox were
offering a higher quality of everything. the team that came
to carry out the work were very courteous and hard working
- they worked one saturday for 10 hours - and they did every-
thing to a very high standard. tristan came back a few times
whilst the work was being carried out - to make sure we were
happy with everything that was going on - and to explain any
work that still needed to be done. We changed our minds on
the very fi rst day, about an area of the wall we were going to
have fi lled, they gave suggestions of what we could do with it
on the fl y - they ended up turning it into a wood store...which
looks absolutely amazing next to the stove. When the plaster
was dry, tristan came back on a saturday to show us how to
use the stove, with a bag of kindling and a few logs to get us
started. Overall, i couldn’t recommend this company enough,
they are exactly the kind of people you want to deal with - and
without a doubt - customer satisfaction is vital to them. you
