Tehqeeq karoun ki tehqiqi kawashoun ko nazar andaz karma,
onhain yaksar mostarad kar daina ya phir oon ki tehseion na
karma na insafi aur zulm kay motradaf hai. Woh apni in
lisanyati harkatoon kay hawalah say aanay waloun ko tehqeeq

aur khouj kay midan dasyaab kartay aa'ay hain. Makhi pe makhi
marnay waloon ki baat is se qataee alag'tar hai. Her aata kal
pechloun kay hawala say agla qadam rakhta aaya hai.

laikin yah lahqa farsi nahain hai balkah lafz santan ya asthan ka
alag se istamal howa hai. Ism ke lahqoon se lafz bantay aa'ay
hain. Hazrarat Abdal Ghofaar almarouf Nouh (AS) kay potay
yaeni Hazrat Haam kay baitay ka naam Hind tha. Yah lafz Hind
Ki santan ya asthan say Hindustan mostamil ho giya. Lafz Hind
kay hawala say Hindu, Hindi, Hindavi, Hindustan, Hindustani
waghera mostamil hotay gay. Ta hum zoban ka aaghaz Hazrat
Hind say nahain howa. Hazrat Hind say pehlay bhi log yahann
mojoud thay aur yah silsala Hazrat Adam sufi ullah (AS) say bhi

Waqt gozarnay kay sath is zoban ko kaee naam miltay aa'ay hain
aur yah zobanoun main koee naee baat nahain. Donyan ki dosri
zobanoun kay sath bhi yahhi chalta aaya hai. Onhain bhi
mokhatalif oqaat main mokhtalif naam rang-o-roup aur askaal
milti rahi hain. Urdu ka naam ho sakta hai Turki ya Angraizi say
aaya ho laikin yah koee hatmi aur sika band baat nahain, yah
moamla abhi tehqeeq talb hai.

Yah ghalt fehmi jo yaqein main badal gaee hai kah Urdu
Mosalmanoun ki zoban hai. Is harba say yahan kay logoun ko
taqseem karkay oon ki ithadi qowat ka satyanas maar kar rakh

atwaar bhi mokhtalif ho saktay hain. Kiya in sab batoun ko
daikh kar Urdu zoban ko alag alag khanoun main bant diya
ja'ay ga. Nahai, bilkul nahain.

Is zoban main mokhtalif mazahib ki kotab mojoud hain.
Mukhtalif mazahib ki kitaboon ke tarajam howay hain. Kiya oon
kitaboun ko daikh kar issy Esae urdu, Sikh urdu, Hindu urdu
ishtatraqi urdu, sarmaya'dar urdu, jamhori urdu Wahabi urdu,
Soni urdu shiya urdu waghaera khaha ja'ay ga? Yah hi surat
amarja se ta'aluq rakhti hai. Sagodha, multan lahore waghera ki
tehriri o taqriri urdu eak si nahain. yah farq ashkhas tak chala
jata hai.

Is kay istamal main lanay walay mokhtalif rangoun nasloun
alaqoun say motalaq mojoud hain kiya is hawala say is ki
taqseem ki ja sakti hai?

Urdu/Hindi main mokhtalif zobanoun kay alfaz mojoud hain
taqseem ka jawaz to yahaan bhi nikalta hai. Agar kaha ja'ay
Angraizi urdu, Japani Urdu, Arbi urdu, Farsi urdu, Chini urdu
waghera kiya yah ajeeb nahain lagta.

Reh gaee rasam-ul-khat ki baat to yah aaj tein tara kay mostamil
hain. In khatout kay hawala say naam bhi tein tara kay hain
yaeni Dev nagri, Nasleeq, Roman. Yah tinoun likhnay kay hawala
say tein izhaar kay tour hain warna parhnay, bolnay, samjhnay
kay hawala say koee ikhtalaf mojoud nahain. is baat ko youn
kaha ja sakta hai:

1- Yah zoban yaeni Hind'santani- Hind'asthani (hindi, urdu,
roman) Hazrat Adam safi ullah (AS) say bhi bohat pehlay
yahan kay logoun kay rabtay ka zariya thi haan albatta Kaee
naam aur rasam-ul-khat mayassar aatay rahay hain aur her
dour kay motabiq is ka andaz aur rowaeya raha hai.

2- Hindi, Hindu, Hindustani, Hindavi waghera Hazrat Hind
bin Haam bin Nouh kay hawala say kaha jata raha hai.

3- Zoban ka apna koee mazhab, nazriya, alaqa, rang, nasl
waghera nahain hotay. Yah ossi ki hai jo issay istamal main lata
hai.

4- Zoban apnay istamal karnay wloun kay rang, nasl, alaqa,
nazriya, mazhab waghera kay zair-e-asr zinda rehti aur parwan
charti hai ta hum issy on hi logoun tak mehdoud kar daina kisi

bhi hawala say darust aur monasab baat nahain.

Daraj-e-bala morozaat ka siraf matlab yah hai kah hamari
jamiaat main sabqa batoun ko lafzoun kay hair phair say
dohraya ja raha hai ya phir eak hi zaviya-e-nazar say daikha jata
hai aur yah rovaeya kisi tara darust nahain. Jamiaat kay
Professor sahiban ko chahiay kah woh tehqeeq ko laqeer ka
faqeer na banaein bal'kah aaj aur gozray kal kay kaam ko
mahdoud zaviya-e-nazar say malahza na karain. Issi tara teqeeq
kay kaam ko rang nasl alaqa mazhab nazriya waghera kay
tarazu par na rakhain bal'kah bara jigra karkay baat ya
moamlay ko 6 atraf say malahza karain aur apnay shagirdoun
ko bhi 6 atraf say daikhnay ka mashwara dain. Agar aisa na kia
giya to oon ka kaam aatay waqtoun main bai'maeni ho kar reh ja
ay ga bal'kah guzarta aaj bhi ossay mustard kar day ga. Is qism

kay kaam ko khidmat ka naam daina tehqeeq kay naam kay sath
ziyadti ho gi.

Awazoon ki tarkeeb o tashkeel ke awamal

Kaenat ki takhleeq kay sath hi aawazoon ki takhleeq ka kaam
mokamal ho giya. Her shay main takhleq'kaar nay os ki zarorat
istadad aur hajit kay mowafaq aawazoon ka eak marboot aur
monazam nazam rakh diya. Aawaz ki takhleeq kay baad lafz nay

janum liya. Lafz mukhous halaat aur zarorat kay tehat kisi
zoban/boli kay lisani diciplan motwazan tarteeb-o-tanzeem kay
qudrati aur fitri johar jo oon se mukhsous hota hai, kay
ikhtalat-o-imtazaj ka naam hai. Yah ossi tara se hota hai jis tara
monh se nikalta aur kanoon ko sonaee daita hai. Dahan se
akhraj hi kay baad mukhtalif mafaheem kay sath ravaj pa jata
hai. Yah bhi kah dehan se akhraj kay baad aawazoon kay is
monazam aamaizay (lafz) kay talafzaat/talafaz teh patay hain.
Kayoon'kah talafzaat/talafaz kay teh panay main ashkas kay
aalaat-e-notaq aur moawan aalaat-e-notaq ka amal dakhal hota
hai.

Lafz dar'haqiqat os alaqah ya khitah kay qudrati
mahool-o-halaat, mosam aur ashkas kay tehzibi, samaji, siyasi,
imrani, moashi, jamalyati wagherah kay mazaj ravaeoon aur

andaz-o-atwar ki namaendgi kar raha hota hai. Is ka vajood
(haiat) aur istamalaat ashkas kay niji-o-ijtamae
zooq-e-fikar-o-nazar kay sath sath nafasyati kaifiyaat ko aiaan
kar raha hota hai. Likhtay samay wo shakas/ashkas ya qoom kin
halaat aur zehni-o-fikri kaifiyaat se guzar rahi hai. Lafz yah bhi
wazay kar raha hota hai kah yah tarkeeb-o-tashkeel aur tarteeb
patay waqt kin kin ravaeoon mazaji haltoon hajtoon zarortoon
rujhanoon aur nafasyati kaifitoon ka bar-e-giraan apni zaat
main samoay howay hai. Lafz is amar ki bhi nishandahi kar raha
hota hai kah os alaqah kay logoon ka rehan-sehan kaisa hai aur
oon kay jamalyati andaz-o-atwar kis tara aur kis andaz kay hain.
Ashya ki tanzeem-o-tarteeb aur tazein kaisi hai.

Lafz ka ta'aluq bolnay likhnay sonnay aur samjhnay se hai. Her
chahaar ommoor alag alag suratoon aur haltoon se wabastah

hain. Boud-o-tafawat ko kisi sata par nazar andaz karna
mumkin hi nahain hota. in charoon kay hawalah se mafaheem
bhi omomun aur khasusan alag alag sefaat kay hamil ho saktay
hain.

Zabanoon/bolioon main aawazoon ki kami baishi ka ta'aluq
na'siraf os alaqah kay ashkas kay aalaat-e-notaq aur moawan
alaat e notaq se hota hai balkah os alaqah kay qudrati mahool
aur mosamoon se bhi hota hai. (Qudrati aafaat balkh
bazaat-e-khud shkas bhi kharai ka sabab bun sakta hai) jin kay
zair-e-asar aalaat-e-notaq tashkeel patay hain. Tamam zobanoon
ya bolioon ki ibtadaee aawazain ginti main eak jitni nahain
hotein aur na hi aisa hona mumkin hota hai. Baqaedah (Mufrad)
aawazoon kay sath sath aur tara ki aawazain raza'karana tour
par apnay hissah ka kidar ada kar rahi hoti hain. inhain

baqaedah aawazoon ka darjah hasal nahain hota aur na hi
madrasay may in ki taleem di jati hai.

mojood rehta hai jo shakas kay nafasyati aur fikri ishtaraak ka
baiyan sabot hai.

Mofrad aur murakab awazain

Aawazoon kay tashkeel panay aur oon kay izhar-o-akhraj ka
ta'aluq shakasi aalat-e-notaq aur moawan aalat-e-notaq say hota
hai jab'kah oon kay tarkibi-o-takhliqi amal main motalaqa khita
kay qudrati mahool, halaat aur mosmi suratoon ka amal dakhal

hota hai. Yah aawazain hi haroof-e-tahiji ka naam/roop hasal
karti hain.

Her aawaz jahan jazbaat-o-ihsasat aur khayalaat ki namaenda
hoti hai wahan os khita kay qudrati mahool aur mosmi halaat ki
bhi namaendgi karti hai. Motalqa vasaib jab dusri (Qurb-o-jawar

aur badaisi) valaetoon say insalaak ka sazawar hota hai to
wahaan kay khayalaat (jo os alaqa kay hawala say tarkeeb pa'ay
hotay hain) os khita ki zoban kay hawala say mahajrat ikhtayar

kartay hain.
Mamasal aawazoon kay hamil alfaz ko mahajrat kartay samay
kisi qisam ki diqat ya dushwari paish nahain aati jabkah adam
mojood aawazoon kay moamla main os alaqa ki boli/ zoban jo os
alaqa say makhsous hoti hai, ki motbadil maravja aawazain ya
marakab aawazoon say maslay ko hal karnay ki koshesh ki jati
hai. Is koshesh main mahajar lafz, Haiti (form) hawala say kuch
ka kuch ho jata hai wo apni valaet kay liay bhi ajnabi ban jata

hai. Maslan:
Vote Urdu main yoon batoor jama istamal ho ga: woh 2 hazar

votoon say jiat giya.

Vote Punjabi main yoon batoor jama istamal ho ga: O 2 hazar

votaan nal jit giya.
