Overview
The Evolve Leg Rigging Holster is made specifically to meet the
demands of tac cal opera ons and gives the benefits of a drop-
leg configura on for ideal holster loca on. The lightweight,
strong and durable holster that is designed to secure the trigger
of your service pistol and only make it accessible to you, thereby
reducing the threat of the and accidental discharges. However,
despite the added security features, it s ll allows for a quick,
obstruc on free draw and target acquisi on.
Your Thigh Rigging holster offers customizable ride height and
can be worn on either Leg. If you choose to wear it on the
opposite leg, simply transfer the rota ng adapter to the
opposite side. Be sure to wear a suppor ve gun belt with your
drop leg holster. Also, ensure your firearm is unloaded and safe
prior to the following steps.

Wearing Your Holster
A ach the Strap - Determine where you would like to wear
your holster. Slide the primary strap over your belt, then clip in.
Adjust primary strap - To lock in your
ride height, adjust the primary strap
length. Thread any excess strap through
the keeper.
Buckle Up - Beginning with the upper
strap, wrap it around your thigh and
buckle it. Repeat this process with lower
strap. Adjust each strap to your preferred fit. Thread any excess
strap through the keeper and the thigh plate.
Holster your firearm - Carefully and slowly, insert the pistol and
make sure there is no clothing or obstruc on in the holster that
can catch the trigger.
Adjus ng the height of your holster
Detach your Primary strap - Unclip,
then pull the en re strap through the
thigh plate.
Remove the Holster Mount - Using -+
the provided Allen key, unscrew the
flat head screw from the back of the
thigh plate.
Choose your holster height - Using
the flat head screw rea ach the
Holster mount to the thigh plate.
Summary:
Your firearm should fit at a comfortable height. To change the
height of the firearm unscrew the screw at the back of the
holster, move the a achment up or down, re-screw the screw to
hold in place.

Adjus ng the cant of the holster -+
Your holster has the ability to cant
forward and backward up to 90° either
side. This full control will allow you to
posi on your holster to ensure a natural,
quick draw movement.
To adjust the cant, you have to slightly loosen
the Allen bolt on the back plate. Turn the
Allen key counter clockwise un l the teeth
of the back plate disengages. Adjust the holster
to an angle that suits your setup and then turn the Allen key in a
clockwise direc on un l the teeth engage and the back plate fits
firmly to the holster.
Summary:
To adjust the cant of your holster:
· Loosen the Allen bolt on the back plate enough to
disengage the teeth
· Turn the back plate to your desired angle
· Fasten the Allen bolt on the back plate.
Adjus ng the spacing of your holster
The space between the back plate and the Evolve Tac cal
Holster can be adjusted to improve the carrying comfort when
using added equipment, e.g. a bullet resistant vest.
To add, or remove spacers, simply turn the Allen bolt on the
back plate in a counter clockwise direc on un l the back plate is
removed from the holster. Add in the required number of
spacers between the back plate and the holster and place the
back plate into posi on. Turn the Allen bolt in a clockwise
direc on un l the back plate is securely fastened to the holster.
Summary:
To adjust the spacing of your holster:
· Loosen the Allen bolt on the back plate enough to
completely remove the back plate from the holster
· Add in spacers between the back plate and holster
· Place the back plate in posi on
· Turn the Allen bolt on the back plate in a clockwise
direc on un l securely fastened to the holster.
Cleaning and Maintenance
A clean, well maintained holster will ensure con nued durability
and performance.
To clean your Evolve Tac cal Holster, simply wipe it down with a
damp cloth, or with a silicone cloth. General maintenance
includes cleaning and inspec on - always check that your Allen
bolts are securely fastened and that no structural damage is
evident on the holster, or parts. Although the Evolve Tac cal
Holster is manufactured to last for several years, the nature of
its use could lead to isolated, occasional cases of part
deforma on or failure. In such cases, most parts can be
individually and easily replaced without any need for specialised
tools.
Final Thoughts
Your Evolve Tac cal Holster is on the cu ng edge of modern
technology. It is, without a doubt, one of the best holsters
available to serving members anywhere in the world and will
ensure that our firearms are kept safe and in the right hands.
However, every piece of kit is only as good as its user. To get the
most from your holster, train with it regularly in safe, allocated
areas un l it's a natural part of your rou ne.

trained in their use, handling and safekeeping.

customized (including but not limited to the use of such devices

other persons. Be certain that the firearm is firmly seated in the
holster prior to use. If originally incorporated in the holster
design, any straps or snaps contained therein must be u lized
for maximum safety and security. Furthermore, Pasadena
Products do not manufacture snaps and other fasteners.
Periodic inspec on is mandatory to ensure proper form, fit and
func on of these products. Fingers must be kept clear of the
trigger and hammer mechanism during inser on or removal of
the firearms from the holster. During excessive physical ac vity,
the firearm should be manually secured by hand to prevent its
disloca on from any holster product.
