Hi there!
Meet John and Kasia
- Fujitsu Business Services

employees.

John and Kasia bike to work
almost every day.

Although they live in different parts of the city
they easily get to Nowa Fabryczna – the Fujitsu office,

which is located in the heart of the city
– near Łódź Fabryczna Railway Station.

They use comfortable bike stands and maintenance
stations, located at the Patio and -1 level
at Nowa Fabryczna.

If you don’t see John or Kasia biking to work,
they most probably work from home.

Yes! Home Office is possible after 6 months with Fujitsu.

Oh, and once a month on Friday you’ll see
each of them leaving the office 2 hours earlier

to enjoy the weekend!
They love Fujitsu Happy Friday!

Let’s get back to work though.
John works within Finance and Accounting area and is currently studying for ACCA, internationally

recognized professional certificate - he received financial support from Fujitsu.
Kasia works in Order Management team and likes to learn from SABA – Fujitsu internal portal

with vast catalogue of soft skills, professional and technical courses.
They both have colleagues in HR and Procurement teams.

Believe it or not, John’s workplace is quite
an international environment.

John himself speaks English and French. He receives a language
allowance just like any other employee using additional
language other than English and Polish at work.
Magnifique? Oui!

Each of John’s colleagues who moved to Poland from abroad
have received a relocation package – financial support,
when moving to work at Fujitsu.

Whenever John needs a break he likes to play table tennis
with his team members.

Kasia prefers to rest in one of the designed break out areas,
so she can comfortably work and relax away from her desk.

They both enjoy grabbing a free cup of coffee
and fresh fruits too.

John and Kasia like to participate in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Kasia recently took part in Volunteer’s Day and Łódź Business Run.
John has supported orphanages and animal shelters.
They both collect batteries and plastic bottle caps.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed for Kasia and John,
when it comes to Appreciation Awards, as they might get

a financial reward or tickets to the cinema this month
for their extra engagement at work!

Time to go home.
