1. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

1.1. Primary Sponsor

2. DELIVERABLE BY ARMAAN & ANINDITH

2.1. Meet & Greet Events: Armaan & Anindith will make themselves available for events
organized by the sponsor at his Office / Property building / Place of business or events as
suitable to the sponsor to meet and greet the customers / staff or prospects customers of
sponsor.

2.2. Lamborghini car display: Armaan & Anindith will try and make facility to arrange the
display of the Lamborghini car at the venue of the sponsor at his Office / Property building / Place
of business or events as suitable to the sponsor, provided Lamborghini India approved the same. If
any additional cost of shipping or transportation of the car, the same shall be borne by the sponsor.

2.3. Racing Suit Branding: Armaan & Anindith will ensure they always wears the sponsors brand
logo in India and Internationally– while he is under training/testing sessions, mentoring sessions and
racing.

2.4. Shirt Branding: Armaan & Anindith will ensure they always wears the sponsor’s brand logo in
India and Internationally– during the promotional events or activities, press conferences that would be
organized by your Brand or the event organizer or race organizing committee or by himself during the
period of this contract.

2.5. Car Branding: Armaan & Anindith will ensure that your Brand logo is displayed on the car
prominently during the period of this contract.

2.6. Helmet Branding: Armaan & Anindith will ensure they always wears the sponsor’s brand logo
(Primary and Co-Sponsors logo only) in India and Internationally– on their helmet within the preview of the
FIA / FMSCI / Race organizer guidelines during the period of this contract.

2.7. Maximum Visibility: Armaan & Anindith will ensure that the Branding is done
according to the status of the sponsor giving the maximum exposure to the brand as
agreed upon during the period of this contract.

2.8. Podium Ceremonies: Armaan & Anindith will ensure they always wears the
sponsor’s brand on their overall during all podium ceremonies, press conference at race
venue and interviews or press conferences at the race venue or otherwise during the
period of this contract.

2.9. Communication: Armaan & Anindith will ensure that in all their communication they
would mention the brand and maintain the brand personality of the sponsoring brand and
shall never speak or mention about the competition brand or other non-related matters to the
sponsoring brands that would create negative brand image for them as well as the sponsoring
brands during the period of this contract.

2.10. Sponsors Press Conference & Seminars: Armaan & Anindith will give 2 days of their
time to attend the Press Conference, Seminars or Product Launch of his Sponsors on a mutually
agreeable date with expenses of his travel and stay being paid by the sponsor during the period
of this contract.

2.11. Modeling for Sponsors TVC & Photo Shoot: Armaan & Anindith will give 2 days of their
time for modeling for the sponsors TVC & Photo Shoot as required by the sponsors on a mutually
agreeable date with expenses of his travel and stay being paid by the sponsor during the period of
this contract.

2.12. Usage of Race Images: Armaan & Anindith will give the rights to use their racing images for
various promotion and communication of the brands during the period of this contract.

2.13. Invitation to Race Weekends: Armaan & Anindith will make facility for the sponsor or their
clients to the hospitality area at the race weekends, as provided and approved by the event organizer in
Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia or Italy.
