1.Overall, learning outcomes is the most prefer attributes when the students choosing short course.
2.Value. 29 out of 30 respondents preferred the course fees between RM50 and RM2500 (mean =
3.5172) over the course fees between RM2501 until RM5000 (mean = 3.500).
3.Time. Approximately 24 respondents preferred the duration to take the short course to be one week
until four weeks, with a mean of 3.6250.
4.Location. A total of 24 respondents prefer the short course held locally in Malaysia (mean =
3.6042), and another six respondents prefer international because they are international students.
5.Learning outvcomes. Up to 18 out of 30 respondents prefer to choose the course that can give job-
improvement to them (mean = 4).
6.Interest. All the respondents prefer to choose the short course with high career opportunity, with a
mean of 4.7333.
