What kind of teacher would you like to be?

A teacher could be someone that provides education for pupils and students. The
role of the teacher is usually formal and ongoing, administered at a college or alternative
place of formal education. In several countries, an individual who desires to become a
teacher should initially acquire given skilled qualifications or credentials from a university
or college. These professional qualifications could embrace the study of pedagogy, the
science of teaching, academics, like other professionals. academics may offer
instruction in skill and numeracy, acquisition or line training, the arts, religion, civics,
community roles, or life skills. A teacher who facilitates education for a person might also
be delineated as a private tutor, or, for the most part historically, a governess. A good
teacher can make a difference in a student's life and influence everything from their
classroom learning in its long-term success. So, what kind of teacher would I like to be?

Firstly, I want to be the kind of teacher who motivates all pupils to achieve their goals
and believe in themselves. Above all, I want my classroom to be a great place to learn,
especially student-centered learning. Students should not only have a fundamental
understanding of the subject content when they leave my classroom, but they should
also have a thorough understanding of how the material learned in my class may be
applied to their own life. I will be available to all kids and will recognize which students
require further attention and will provide that support as needed. Also, I want to assist
them in realizing their goals and showing them that they can do everything they set their
minds to.

Next, I want to be the teacher that can enhance my student’s education and help
them grow knowledgeably and smarter. Also, I like to see students at totally different
levels develop with each other and learn. I would like to challenge my students and
watch them grow to their highest level of education. In addition, having the students in
teams is the best educational and instructional strategy I like to use a lot. It is because I
want my students to have freedom with whatever creativity they want, and to allow
them to express themselves at any time. With this freedom, students will be able to
know what they like and dislikes. Besides that, they also can discover their own
weaknesses and strengths in their life. Through my teaching I could form a student or a
young generationthat is smart and intelligent.

As a good teacher, I will use my imagination and try out new and intriguing ideas. I
will be well-organized and capable of maintaining a well-ordered environment that will
captivate my students. I will try to reach all the students and this will be done in a kind, fair,
flexible, consistent manner, with the delivery of warmth, accessibility, enthusiasm,
professional sense of humor, knowledge of curriculum standards, and effective
communication. Next, all students will learn to respect others and their culture, and I will
encourage my students to perform at their best. My classroom rules and procedures will
assist students in understanding what is expected of them as students.

Then, I want to be the kind of teacher that acknowledges and recognizes my
student’s vulnerability. Then, encourage them to look at it as a strength rather than a
flaw. So, they will not be scared to reveal to the world their failures however to inspire
and motivate others to improve and remind us that not everything is evil or broken,
even though it appears to be such at the time. So, that is the type of educator I aspire
to be. I will get there one day.

After that, I want to be the teacher that always allows the students to come to me
when they don't understand the subject I teach. Then, I will teach them that nobody is
perfect and ideal. If they struggle with their education, they can always ask for my help.
I hope I raise them to ask questions when they need help, answer when others don't
understand, and still strive their hardest. Thus, I teach them that there is no question is
a stupid question and they should not embarrass to say they don't understand.

Last but not least, I aspire to be the type of teacher that never gives up. The type
who seeks out recent solutions even once it seems that staying on a road would be
much more convenient. I would like to let my students know that even if they are facing
so many problems, and feel like there’s no one to talk to, I as their teacher I will be
there for them. Everyone else might want to be the sun that lights up someone else's
life, but I rather be the moon that guides my students through the darkest hours. “Let’s
strive hard and work toward our goal together!” This was what my high school teacher
told me five years ago and that I have remembered it as yet and can bring it to mind for
ensuing fifteen years and so on.

In conclusion, there are many different types of teachers that we can choose to be.
in short, among the types of teachers I can dream of in life is to be a kind teacher that
motivates the student, the teacher who can grow the student’s education and assist them
to develop knowledgeably and smarter, the good teacher who are creative, the teacher
that always sensitive and aware towards their student problem or else, the teachers who
are open-minded and accept all questions from students and the most important is to
be the teacher who not easily give up when faced with any problem.
