1. Administrator Role:

 Administrator can create new User Accounts.
 Can View/Edit/Delete User Accounts.
 Can View all OPD patients List
 Can View all IPD patients list and their respective IPD Fee Status
 Can generate (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly) Reports for the following:

a. Consultation Fee collected till date
b. Consultation Fee Patient Wise
c. In house Test Bill individual Test Wise
d. Over all In house Test Bill

 Admin can view all the Account/Billing Information of Pharmacy Section
 Admin can view all the Billing information of Lab Section
 Master Entry can only be done by Administrator
 Master Entries are provided to Add/Edit/Delete the following options

a. Consultation fee type (Old, New, Others)
b. In house Tests
c. Discharge Outcomes
d. Test Category
e. Out house Tests

1.1 Administrator’s Dashboard

 Dashboard is the Home Screen
 Click on Home option from left menu bar to come back to Dashboard
 Dashboard has various navigation tabs to go the selected web page
 Click on the tab to view details in it

1.2 Add New User Account

 Click on Create New User tab to create user Account
 Enter Name, Mobile number, E-mail id and so on
 Click Submit button after entering all the details of the form
 Click Reset button to clear all the fields
 A confirmation message is displayed on the screen as new user account is successfully
created
 User will get an Email with his/ her User Name and Password

Remember


 Username and Password should be unique
 Internet should be active while you are creating new user account
 Email id should be active to receive the information

Validation:

 All field are mandatory
 Email ID and mobile number should be valid otherwise system will generate error.
 Password should be only Alphanumeric (Combination of letters and numbers)

1.3 View Users List

 Click on View Users tab or select the option from left menu bar
 Here Administrator is provided a list to view all the user
 Administrator can View/Edit/Delete user Accounts by clicking on the icons provided with
in the list
 Can search a user by its Name/ Surname/Mobile number and User’s Role

1.4 View OPD Patients List

 Click on View OPD Patient tab or select the option from menu bar to view the list of
OPD Patients
 User can search a patient’s record with in the list by typing patient’s Name/ Surname/
Mobile number or UHID

1.5 View IPD Patients List

 Click on View IPD Patient tab or select the option from menu bar to view the list of OPD
Patients
 User can search a patient’s record with in the list by typing patient’s Name/ Surname/
Mobile number or UHID

1.6 View IPD Fee Status

 Click on View IPD Fee Status option from left menu bar
 IPD patient’s fee status will “Collected ” if all the bills are cleared else the status will be
“Pending”

1.7 View In house Billing

 Administrator can generate reports for various accounts details
 Click the option In house Bill from left menu bar
 Select the Radio button to view the billing in that particular category like Consultation
Date wise, Consultation patient wise and so on


Remember

 Enter From Date and To Date in proper format (MM/DD/YYYY)
 Click Submit button to generate result
 Grand Total is Auto Calculated
 To Generate Report click on Generate Report button

Validation

 Error is generated if Date format is incorrect
 From Date and To Date is mandatory to generate the Result

1.7 (a) In house Billing - Consultation Bill(Date Wise)

 To enter the From and To Date, Click on to the Calendar icon and select the date
 Click Submit button to generate the result
 Grand total is displayed in the Editable Textbox control. User can edit the Number
 Click on Generate Report button to generate the report

 Click on Download button to download the report each time you generate
 Click on Go Back button to go back to previous page

Remember

 The Downloaded report will be stored in local system’s Download Folder with Date of report

a. Consultation Master

 Select the Consultation Master option under Master Entry from left menu bar.
 User can Add/Edit the Consultation type
 To Add- Click Add New button a form Pop-up fill in the details and click on Save button
to save the changes or click Cancel button
 To Edit the existing record Click on the Edit icon from the list

b. In house Test Master

 Select the In house Test Master option under Master Entry from left menu bar.
 User can Add/Edit/Delete the In house Tests.

to save the changes or click Cancel button
 To Edit the existing record Click on the Edit icon from the list
 To Delete the Existing record Click on Delete icon from the list

c. Discharge Outcome Master
 Select the Discharge Outcome Master option under Master Entry from left menu bar.
 User can Add/Edit/Delete Discharge Outcome
 To Add- Click Add New button a form Pop-up fill in the details and click on Save button
to save the changes or click Cancel button
 To Edit the existing record Click on the Edit icon from the list
 To Delete the Existing record Click on Delete icon from the list

d. Test Category Master
 Select the Test Category Master option under Master Entry from left menu bar.
 User can Add/Edit/Delete Test Category
 To Add- Click Add New button a form Pop-up fill in the details and click on Save button
to save the changes or click Cancel button
 To Edit the existing record Click on the Edit icon from the list
 To Delete the Existing record Click on Delete icon from the list

e. Test Master
 Select the Test Master option under Master Entry from left menu bar.
 User can Add/Edit/Delete Test Category
 To Add- Click Add New button a form Pop-up fill in the details and click on Save button
to save the changes or click Cancel button
 To Edit the existing record Click on the Edit icon from the list
 To Delete the Existing record Click on Delete icon from the list
