1. An Exceptional Collection of Wines
2010 VINTAGE BORDEAUX & CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE GRANDS CRUS
CLASSÉS COLLECTION
All the bottles in this wine collection are from one of the best vintages in the last
decade, 2010 and comes out of Chris Allexandre’s personal rich in grand cru cellar.
This collection includes 5 Bordeaux and one bottle of Chateauneuf de Pape, all
listed as top of their category.
It begins with two Bordeaux Saint-Juliens, described by reviewers as balanced,
age-worthy blends of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with deep ruby colors and
notes of cassis and cedar.
Next in the collection come two Bordeaux, Margaux wines that tend to be deep
ruby in color, perfumed and floral, particularly with notes of violets and lilacs, and
soft, silky tannins. Less masculine and powerful than wines from other regions of
Bordeaux, Margaux wines are typically more refined and elegant.
Our last Bordeaux wine is a Pessac Leognan, blended from Cabernet Sauvignon
and Merlot. Pessac-Leognan wines are beautifully balanced with fine-grained
structured tannins, and exhibit classic notes of tobacco, cassis, dark cherry, leather
and tar, as well as a distinctive minerality. Some of the best wines are described as
smoky and have hints of truffle. Those Branaire-Ducru, Smith Haut Lafitte, Boyd-
Cantenac, Beychevelle and Giscours will delight you for sure.
The collection is rounded out by a 2010, Château Vieux Telegraphe, Chateauneuf
du Pape “La Crau”, a wine with enormous density and strength, but is phenomenally
elegant. The red fruity aromas and floral bouquet are beguiling and texture and
structure are classy.
BONUS: The winner of this auction, if bid goes high enough, will also receive a
double magnum of 2010 Amiral de Beychevelle.
Details/Restrictions: Must be 21 years or older.

2. Trompe L’Oeil: Les Falaises du Trocadéro
LES FALAISES DU TROCADÉRO BY FRENCH ARTIST JR
Thanks to his photographic collage technique, JR exhibits his work on the
walls of the whole world – attracting the attention of those who do not usually
go to museums. JR has created “Infiltrating art”. During his collage activities,
the local communities take part in the act of artistic creation, with no stage
separating actors from spectators. The anonymity of JR and the absence of any
explanation accompanying his huge portraits leave him with a free space in
which issues and actors, performers and passers-by meet, forming the essence
of his work. Many LFSF parents and children may have seen JR’s monumental
work “The chronicles of San Francisco” at SFMOMA in 2019-2020.
The Trompe L’Oeil “Les Falaises du Trocadéro” shows JR’s extraordinary
installation at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, at the exact point of anamorphosis
on the first days of the installation in May 2021. With his installation located
on the Esplanade du Trocadéro, JR expressed his reflection on architecture
and excavation of iconic monuments, imagining a trompe l’oeil revealing a
street below a large precipice topped by the Eiffel Tower. You could own this
amazing JR work! Giclée Print, mounted on 3mm dibond. Size: 64 cm x 96
cm (25”x38”), signed by the artist, numbered edition 373/472. The artwork is
still in its original box and ready to be hung.

10. Fund for the Future 2021-2022
INNOVATIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
The 2021-22 Fund For the Future seeks to expand the positive benefits of
Innovative Learning Environments (ILE).
An ILE is the creation of a physical learning space adopting new, creative, and
interesting teaching strategies that aim to provide students a better environment
to learn and enhance their capabilities.
The idea is to redesign the physical classroom elements and the teaching
practices to enhance the delivery of the LFSF educational vision and mission.
LFSF EDUCATIONAL VISION AND MISSION
The narrative of “21st Century Learning” has led the LFSF to further explore
innovative learning environments as it supports student acquisition of: creativity,
critical thinking, communication, collaboration and problem-solving.
Indeed, by emphasizing these skills, the LFSF helps all preschool through 12th
grade students build confidence and adaptability so they can realize their
potential and positively impact their world.
PHYSICAL ELEMENTS
Flexible classrooms, Ortega Library & Common Areas
The physical environment supports learning. Flexibility in the learning
environment captures attention, provides visual stimulation and increases
student engagement. The average cost of equipping a flexible classroom is
$10,000.
Benefits: facilitates collaboration and promotes sustained attention, promotes
movement improving certain mental processes that regulate alertness and
motivation.
TEACHING PRACTICES
A dynamic teacher student connection
More personalized teaching addresses each student’s interests and needs. ILE
practices increase the teacher’s capacity to work one on one with each student.
Students can work at their own pace, no one is bored, no one is left behind.
In 2021-22, 5th grade teachers and students successfully followed ILE practices,
reporting greater motivation and satisfaction while accomplishing the French
National curriculum. As 6th graders they will have their own flexible classrooms
on Ortega Campus.
Benefits: Autonomy, responsibility, and self confidence are developed. This leads
to curiosity, better academic achievement, and love for learning.
Together, let’s expand meeting the diverse interests and needs of learners, their
overall success, and wellbeing at school.

16. Burning Man: Waking Dreams
The 2022 Burning
Man theme
will explore the
transformative
power of dreams,
both literal and
figurative, and
celebrate the
dreamers who
channel this
potent energy
in eye-opening,
often surrealistic,
sometimes life-
changing ways.
Because after all what is Black Rock City if not a collective manifestation of the
community’s dreams? After a long hazy blur of pandemic insomnia, unanchored
in time and adrift between sleeping and waking, it’s time to start imagining
the future again. When we get back to Black Rock City in 2022, three years will
have passed. That’s more than a thousand days and nights of pent-up hopes and
desires, all coiled up in our psyches and ready to burst out onto the blank canvas
of the Black Rock Desert. Whether it’s a dream of artistic expression, a yearning
to connect with others in a fractured society, or simply a desire to live a more
meaningful and authentic life, Burning Man is the place where dreams can and
do come true. The 2 tickets and 1 vehicle pass for the Black Rock City in the
Nevada Desert will get you to open the door to yourself and those around you.
