Pringle Homes develop successful partnership with Gainsborough Flooring

Preston based Pringle Homes has been designing, building
and converting residential properties in Lancashire and the
North West for nearly 40 years. The family owned business
has an enviable reputation for building prestigious detached

restoring and converting historical buildings with care and
compassion.
Gainsborough Flooring have worked with Pringle Homes on
all their new homes, fitting out extensive areas including the
lounge, stairs, landing and all the bedrooms.

Gainsborough Flooring have primarily used Cormarʼs Sensations carpet collection in the new houses, as it offers
a broad choice of colours in a classic twist pile that are stain resistant and bleach cleanable. The Cormar
Collection is a soft, deep pile, heavyweight carpet using two colours combined within the two-fold Luxelle yarn
to create a subtle tonal effect. The range is available in 4 and 5 metre widths making it very flexible for the new
homes.
Vicky Keelan from Gainsborough Flooring added, “ We love working with Pringle Homes and supplying and
fitting their flooring. The Cormar Sensations range has proved very popular with those moving into their new
homes as it delivers the versatility that modern day living requires, providing luxury combined with practical
benefits. On occasion, at the clientʼs request, we have also fitted Amtico or Karndean in the downstairs area.”
