PARTNER REMINDERS


This is a reminder that partners must us Fastlane – if you have any issues you
must contact either Fiona or Tabbie no later than Sunday night of each week
including your name, which days you worked, where you worked and how
many hours at site. – leaving it for our payroll team to chase them just isn’t
acceptable! If you can’t log on you can text Fiona or Tabbie and they will reset
your password at any point in the week. If our payroll team have to guess your
hours and they're wrong – it's not their fault.

CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL 2017
Once again we will be participating in the Retford Christmas Tree Festival by decorating
and presenting our own Traffic Management Themed Tree. The festival takes place at
the St Swithun's Church in East Retford and is a great opportunity to get festive and
creative. TLS will be giving a donation to help support such a beautiful church.

ATTENTION ALL THAT WORK ON A TARMAC SITE

Important Note:

If you work at a tarmac site you MUST collect a Tarmac Timesheet and complete in full

   ⁃    Works carried out on site
   ⁃    Skill level
   ⁃    Vehicle number if applicable
   ⁃    Name / agency / Signature
   ⁃    WC date


The Client and TLS request copies of this as proof of work. Therefore after you have sent Payroll a picture of
the full paper sheet you MUST leave the original in the yard at the end of the week. You can send via Whatsapp
or text to 07950921612 or email to [email protected]. Copies must be received no later than midnight
on a Sunday evening at the end of the working week.

The client will not authorise your pay if the timesheet is not completed, unreadable or has parts missing, this
affects not only your pay but everyone who works at Tarmac sites. Please ensure your photo shows all parts of
the sheet.

The signature sections must be available for the supervisors to sign should your original go missing at the
depot and we have to supply a copy. This safeguards your proof of working and why it is important you send
this copy to us as they will accompany our report sent on a Monday afternoon.
