of their AM Best A- rated insurance entity known as Global International
Insurance. Paul was also responsible for managing underwriting performance and
new product development, as well as managing some of the larger dealer
accounts. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wilkes University.

Mike Melby | Chief Revenue Officer

Mike joined NVP Warranty in 2019 as Vice President of Sales and was
quickly promoted to Chief Revenue O cer. He leads the
nationwide Field Sales Team as well as the corporate Business
Development Center. Mike has over 35 years of experience
within numerous verticals of the automotive and warranty
space. He has authored several articles for automotive
publications, including F & I Showroom and Agent Entrepreneur.

Prior to joining NVP Warranty, Mike held various executive level
positions at GWC Warranty, AutoNation, and Ally Financial. He has a
Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Master's in
Administration from Central Michigan University.

Rich Gesler | Chief Operating Officer

Rich joined NVP Warranty in 2020 as the Vice President of
Operations and was promoted to COO in 2021, leading the Claims,
Service Operations, Human Resources, and Analytic teams on
several initiatives that have played a critical role in the
company’s growth in the Vehicle Service Contract industry. He
brings over 30 years of experience in operational leadership,
strategic planning, and project management.

Previously, Rich was instrumental in improving claims performance
and customer service excellence at numerous organizations, such as

Insurance Group, AutoOne Insurance, Bristol West Insurance, and
Nationwide Insurance Company. He has a Bachelor of Science in
Public Administration and Accountancy from Long Island University.
