Information Security Management System maintains controls for protection of information assets through a
general Information Security Policy and specific controls detailed in policies including an Authentication
Policy, Clean Desk Policy, User Account Policy, Mobile Computing Policy, Messaging Policy, Remote
Access Policy, Incident Response Policy, Information Classification Standard, Confidentiality Policy and
more.
Specific controls include information classification labeling, desks clean of sensitive information at end of
day, chain-of-custody controls on off-site data storage and rotation, password quality controls and 90-day
change requirements, certified physical media destruction, etc.
All doors are self-closing and self-locking with badge access (only) 24/7. Badge access is established by
criteria, position and/or project. All windows are secured. There is monitored camera surveillance through-
out the facilities 24/7. Designated areas (such as IT, data and proprietary product areas) contain extra
security via locks, cameras, alarms and validated entry. Guard observation is implemented when
appropriate to product being produced or managed. Background checks and signed confidentiality
statements are a condition of employment. Badge access is denied when an employee leaves the company.
As a condition of employment we implement background and reference checks. InfoMart provides County,
Federal and Multi State Criminal checks, a Multi-State Sex Offender Search and an OFAC Watch List
Search. Employees in sensitive positions are tested annually. Nationwide Testing provides Pre-Employment
Substance Abuse testing.
