SV policy-making body is the Governing Board, which is composed of senior government officials from
each of the SEAMEO members, such as Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia,
Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste and Vietnam. These officials are nominated by
their respective Ministers of Education and appointed by the SEAMEO Council.

The SEAMEO Secretariat (SEAMES) Director and the Centre Director serve as Ex-Officio Members of the
