Studio 25 Décor is a full-service decorating company specializing in providing seasonal and
promotional decorations for cities, towns, shopping centers, festivals, enclosed malls,
business complexes and other commercial properties. Over the years, we have become
one of America's leading design firms, bringing world-class décor to some of the nation's
largest businesses, indoors and out.

As designers and fabricators, we produce and deliver the highest quality displays at very
competitive prices. As part of our design process, we provide a wide array of choices that
you can visualize in your exact setting prior to purchase. We can also provide professional
installation and maintenance services to meet all your needs from start to finish .

We are constantly expanding our breadth of services to better meet the ever-changing

Joe Brandano has over 20 years experience as a commercial Christmas decorator, 15 of which
have been spent as a creative and managing director. In addition to managing holiday decor
projects as owner of Studio 25, Joe is frequently called upon by professional decorators
worldwide to lend his expertise to high profile holiday displays for major casinos, movie
studios, and world class events such as Christmas at Rockefeller Center. Joe resides in
Cornelius, NC and is hands-on in all aspects of Studio 25 projects.

With Studio 25 Décor, Joe has assembled a group of designers, fabricators, artisans and
installers who all share his passion for bringing beauty and value to our customers. The Studio
25 Team has traveled the world to add spectacular holiday and seasonal decor to the
experience of guests at tourist destinations, major resorts & casinos, regional shopping
centers, Fortune 500 headquarters, entertainment districts and city streets

Christmas City USA Highway Visuals

Studio 25 Décor would like to introduce a selection of brilliantly illuminated holiday displays that identify Legacy International as Christmas City USA. An
aluminum silhouette frame, white and silver branch garland, bright red garland mesh, and thousands of ultra bright LED mini lights make this dazzling display just
as impressive during the day as it is at night.

Entryway Tunnel of Lights Display

Transitioning visitors into Christmas City USA at Legacy International will be a magnificent tunnel of lights complete with both daytime and night time effects.
The proposed display can vary in length, width and height to accommodate several paths within the venue. Each arch will include illuminated garlands, ribbons and
bows, all of which will be complimented and encompassed by thousands of individual low voltage LED lights. These tunnels can be animated and complimented
with flash bulbs, blinking stars and additional components to further enhance the experience.

Plaza Display: RGB Tree Lighting & Daytime Decor

Christmas City USA will be centered around activities, crafts and seasonal entertainment that expand from the center plaza. At a minimum for 2019, the central
plaza will feature a 50’+ animated Christmas tree that interacts seamlessly with animation from the OTL fountain. This marriage of sounds and sights can expand
in 2020 with S4 RGB lighting along the rooftop and plaza trees to complete an all encompassing experience each night of the holiday season. Studio 25 is
proposing to compliment this night-time spectacular with a giant ornament stack, fallen larger-than-life ornaments, and a series of custom trumpeting angel
archways. These additional elements will serve to provide additional photographable moments both day and night.

Giant Ornament Stack & Fallen Ornaments

Creating a magical atmosphere filled with awe for the young and the young at heart, Studio 25’s custom giant ornament sets create a fun and magical holiday
scene wherever they are displayed. These ornaments will be built with quality fiberglass, steel framework and high gloss gel protective coating to ensure the
longevity of the piece as well as protect the little ones who wish to interact with it. These ornaments come in a variety of sizes, couplings and finishes to create
the most spectacular of Christmas theming.

Trumpeting Angels Archway

Providing a burst of color, scale and illumination… Studio 25 has designed a custom display of trumpeting angels in order to introduce some of the most
inspiring themes of Christmas décor into the plaza. Each of these individual archways will have both day and evening effects with the utilization of brilliantly
illuminated LED’s and translucent garland carpets providing for a spectacular effect. The display will be further complimented with the additions of flash bulbs
and twinkle lighting.

2019 – Possible Program Additions

With consideration of the construction timeline and what impacts that may still have on the 2019 Christmas program, Studio 25 recommends a conservative
approach to any further purchases for 2019. Two elements that we believe may be worthwhile include the Christmas City USA display which will draw attention
the branding of the event and venue. Additionally, we feel the venue could benefit from some day-time displays such as the Giant ornament stack and fallen
ornaments to prelude future years and what is to come.
