Studio 25 Décor is a full-service decorating company specializing in providing seasonal and
promotional decorations for cities, towns, shopping centers, festivals, enclosed malls,
business complexes and other commercial properties. Over the years, we have become one
of America's leading design firms, bringing world-class décor to some of the nation's largest
businesses, indoors and out.

As designers and fabricators, we produce and deliver the highest quality displays at very
competitive prices. As part of our design process, we provide a wide array of choices that
you can visualize in your exact setting prior to purchase. We can also provide professional
installation and maintenance services to meet all your needs from start to finish .

We are constantly expanding our breadth of services to better meet the ever-changing

Joe Brandano has over 20 years experience as a commercial Christmas decorator, 15 of which
have been spent as a creative and managing director. In addition to managing holiday decor
projects as owner of Studio 25, Joe is frequently called upon by professional decorators
worldwide to lend his expertise to high profile holiday displays for major casinos, movie
studios, and world class events such as Christmas at Rockefeller Center. Joe resides in
Cornelius, NC and is hands-on in all aspects of Studio 25 projects.

With Studio 25 Décor, Joe has assembled a group of designers, fabricators, artisans and
installers who all share his passion for bringing beauty and value to our customers. The Studio
25 Team has traveled the world to add spectacular holiday and seasonal decor to the
experience of guests at tourist destinations, major resorts & casinos, regional shopping

ONE DAYTONA Holiday Program Overview

Studio 25 Decor would like to present the following decor options for ONE DAYTONA’s 2019 holiday program. We envision ONE DAYTONA
becoming a must-see destination for couples and families throughout the holiday season.
We have developed a central holiday theme featuring brightly illuminated and metallic finished decor pieces that have timeless appeal and can
be easily expanded upon in future holiday seasons. These displays will enhance and complement the fun and energetic atmosphere of ONE
DAYTONA and are designed with careful consideration to superior fabrication, seamless installation, low in-season maintenance, and – most
importantly – creating a WOW! factor your guests will not soon forget!

Metallic Woven Wreath Display

To greet guests and set the holiday tone for One Daytona, we present this impressive 20’ metallic woven wreath. Featuring complementary stylings to our proposed
Reindeer display, this wreath will be constructed using woven aluminum plates and tubing. The wreath will be adorned with brilliant white LED pea lights and shimmering,
metallic red, silver and cerise ornamentation.

Spilled Package and Ornament Display

Bringing the holiday decor to the next level, we present our oversized, spilled package and ornament display. This display features a massive, 10’ over-turned holiday
gift package with an outpouring of vivid and shimmering cerise, red and silver bauble ornaments. These fiberglass ornaments are constructed for durability and
outdoor use, ensuring years of splendor. Each ornament will be mounted on weighted steel plates for stability.

Gift box and tag may be modified to the clients’ preference.

Daytona Boulevard Entry: 30’ Bauble Tree & Accent Decor

Studio 25 Décor has developed a unique and memorable décor package for ONE DAYTONA that begins with an impressive 30’ custom giant bauble
tree emerging from a metallic red holiday gift base. This modern and artistic tree features an array of giant fiberglass ornaments blanketed by a
collection of diamond shaped mirrors and translucent jewels in a cone shape reflecting sunlight throughout the day and the blanket of LED
miniature lights through the night.

30’ Giant Bauble Tree with Exterior Spotlighting

These intense LED spotlights will provide additional luminance for the Giant Bauble Tree display. These high-power architectural lighting fixtures
also provide impressive amounts of controllable, color-changing light in durable, professional-grade product designs. These spotlights are powered
via standard 120V plugs to proprietary connectors, and are controlled via standard DMX Protocol or in pre-programmed sequences that act
individually or when linked together by hard wire.

Towering Metallic Reindeer Display Alternate Reindeer Pose Option

Continuing with the modern and shimmering holiday décor theme at One Daytona, Studio 25 Décor is proposing a mesmerizing, 23’ tall reindeer. These reindeer
are constructed with a series of connecting, laser cut aluminum plates and accented with aluminum tubing, bright white LED pea lights and UV protected
Christmas baubles. The aluminum of the Reindeer allows this display to be light weight and easy to handle during installation and removal, while also being highly
durable with minimal yearly maintenance and years of longevity. Weighted steel plates and anchoring systems will allow for the free flow of the public through the
display.

Directory Signage: Bauble Garland Decor

As an additional focal point in the holiday décor program at One Daytona, our custom bauble garland décor will adorn the directory signage throughout the center.
This garland is constructed using hand-formed, aluminum vine framing and illuminated with bright white LED pea lighting. Shatterproof and UV treated
ornamentation are securely attached to the framing to complete the look.

Light Pole Décor: Bauble Themed Banner & Garland Decor

To add a festive touch throughout One Daytona, Studio 25 Décor is proposing a bright bauble theme featuring custom, illuminated bauble garland accompanied by
matching pole banners. Our custom bauble garland is constructed using light weight, hand formed aluminum with bright white LED pea lighting and adorned with red and
silver candy-apple finished bauble ornamentation. The baubles used are shatterproof and UV treated to ensure years of splendor and use. The proposed bauble garland
will flow seamlessly to connect with the printed banner design. These banners will be printed on durable vinyl materials with double-rolled sleeves, heavy duty spur
grommets and double-needle lock stitching.

Festive Shapes Translucent Acrylic Lamp Post Decor

Adding a modern twist of interest and creativity to the ultra modern lampposts on the race track walkway, we would like to propose an
assortment of High Gloss UV printed shapes that will be shielded on both sides with a translucent UV protected acrylic. These modern and
creative pieces will be illuminated by as the LED lamppost above cast their light through the acrylic shields providing for a unique pole
decoration unlike any other.

Vintage Aluminum Santa & Social Media Photo Trailer

This classic retro trailer also provides year-round photo opportunities for guests. This custom mobile photo studio comes complete with replaceable backdrops for
a multitude of events and allows guests to enjoy and share moments through social media with venue specific tagged photos. We offer a variety of décor and
signage options that promote year-round use. The trailer is of solid aluminum construction built by Rocket Caravans USA. The self contained design promotes
easy set up, takedown, and storage.

Victory Circle: Holiday Photo Opportunity & Post Decor

Creating instagramable moments at all entertainment venues is becoming a must. Creating these displays with long life materials and at exceptional price points
is our goal. This custom Ornament Barbell display will be sized for both adults and children alike. The display will consist of a powder-coated bar fastened to two
steel plates and covered by two giant fiberglass ornaments with a D1 logo on each. This display will be two sided and encourage all those who are opportunist
photo seekers to step into the challenge.
