E-CHRONICLE ISSUE 1 FINAL LAYOUT VERSION2

Chairperson’s Message

When the situation was normal, we published and distributed regularly
the newspaper type “TELESCOOP Chronicle” as our medium of information
dissemination to our Members.

With the advent of COVID-19 in March, 2020, it revolutionizes our ways of
doing things. We adapt new ways in our personal dealings and work schedules such
as work from home and skeletal reporting. Our movements are always guided and
disciplined by “health protocols” and other related rules imposed by the government.
We are made aware of terms/statements associated with the pandemic such as, “Person Under Monitoring (PUM),
Person Under Investigation (PUI), Social and Physical Distancing, Community Lockdown and Quarantine, New Normal,
etc.”. The traditional person to person group meetings, discussions and conferences are now generally held through video
conferencing such as Teams and Zoom or use of other online meeting applications.

All of these contribute and lead to TELESCOOP SUPPORTS PUBLIC SAFETY AND IMPLEMENTS
