Rujukan dalam teks boleh digunakan dalam dua (2) cara: Parenthetical Citations (Author-focus /Nama penulis diutamakan) Menurut Adams (2010), pelajar lebih suka melaksanakan kerja kursus dalam kumpulan kerana ini dapat mengurangkan beban.
