1. How to get into the ANITA online order system

Welcome to the ANITA B2B webshop, our quick and easy online ordering system. To make your
shopping experience absolutely stress free, please find a detailed instruction on how to use our system
below. If you should have any questions or problems regarding the system and you are not able to find
an answer in this document, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.

Let’s start now with the very beginning as is detailed instructions on how to log into our system.

2. How to find the right product

Now that you have entered the ANITA B2B webshop, you are ready to shop. Nevertheless,
you should also try the other icons in the header of the webpage to get useful information,
downloads, advertisement templates, pictures a.s.o. A summary of these contents is shown
at the end of this paper – don’t miss it!

But now, let’s start shopping. On the start page, you have different options to begin your
search which will be explained more detailed on the following pages. To orientate, please
see our icon menu (1) on the header of the page, as well as our quick search and filter bar
(2) on the left side. You can also start your search by clicking on one of our Product range
(3) on the start picture.

filter menu for easy commodity group or define swimwear or lingerie within specific
commodity groups to specify your search already.

3. How to use the quick search

The easiest and probably fastest way to use the ANITA webshop is the quick search (2) on the
right side of the screen. For a better searching experience, several ways of searching and
filtering are offered.

1 Quick search bar
For an easy access,
just enter a style
number, name or text
and press the
magnifying glass.

2 Filter by
Also, you can search
by the following filter:
product range,
commodity groups,
and range. To do so,
just click the bar
relevant to you and
select one of the
options from the drop
down menu by
clicking on it. You can
combine different
filter categories, but
not different options
within one category.
Please press “Start
search”.

3 Filter by product
range
To filter by product
range, you can either
click on the logo, the
picture or define the
already the
commodity group of
the product range
you are interested in
by clicking on it.

Click on any position
on the logo, the
picture or the text
where your mouse
will turn into a little
hand to see all
products listed under
Anita Care.

Click here to choose
one of the commodity
groups offered within
Anita Care.

4 Extended Filter
After applying your
filters, you can always
specify your search
with the extended
filter by clicking on
the selection bar that
is the most
convenient for you
and opening the drop
down menu. Again, it
is possible to combine
different filter here.

After defining the search with the filter, you will get the results according to your search
specifications as a list, sorted by style name and group with basic information:

After scrolling through the list, click on the article that you would like to order to get to the
order image (next page). Here, you can check the availability for each color and size. Please
note that the tables are organized by color.

can add the style to your
basket or your notepad.

The color code indicates
availability for the style selected
by size and cup. By clicking
“display availability”, you get total
numbers.

4. Let’s go for a buy – how to order

When you have decided on a size and color, click on the relevant box. The box’s color is already
indicating the availability the style, the little pop up as soon as you click onto the box will give you a
more precise number of items still in stock. Please enter the number of bras that you would like to order
in that size. You can do so for several different sizes of the same style.
Note! You can also enter a higher number than of what is is available in stock. The missing pieces will
be on backorder and be sent to you as soon as possible.

In this example for style 5672 in
color 001 black, two bras are in
stock for size 34C. One of those
will be ordered by entering the
number.

Remember: A
red box means
that that size for
the selected
style is currently
on backorder. A
pop up message
will remind you.
After entering your amounts, please scroll to the end of the page. Here, you can either add the product
to your basket to order today or safe it on your notepad. You can consider the notepad as your ANITA
wishlist.

When you add your selection to your basket, the system will take you to a confirmation page. This gives
you a general overview and additional information. From here, you can either return to your search and
look for additional product or go to your basket to finish your order.

Whenever you have finished your selection and are ready to order, click on the basket symbol on your
upper right corner of the page. You will be directed to an overview of your order:

Define your customer order
number or PO number here.

This is a summary of your complete order that you are
about to place, including total quantity and order value
at the bottom right corner.

In this stage, you can still change your order if you need to. To do so, you have several options:
1 Add another product

Simply go back to the search
bar on the right and search
for the next style you would
like to add.

Adjust amount
of items in
chosen style and
size here.

2 Change the amount - update
Click inside the framed box
to adjust the amount of
product. To delete one
selection, enter a zero. After
that, click the “update
basket” button on the left
bottom to save your
changes.

3 Clear the basket
To clear out your basket
completely, click on the
“clear basket” button on the
bottom right. ATTENTION!
This will delete every item
out of your basket. To get it
back, you will have to
reenter every item again.

4 Place the order
To place the order, click on
the “Place order” button
right inbetween the update
and the clear button.

When your selection is completed, click the “Place order” button
and your order will be processed immediately. You will be shown a
confirmation page. Also, you will get an order confirmation emailed
to you.

5. How to use the notepad

The ANITA B2B webshop provides you with your own wishlist, the notepad. This gives you the great
opportunity to mark styles for later without having to order them right away.
You can find the notepad if you scroll with your mouse over the shop icon in the header of the webpage.
You do not have to click on it. When the pop up menu opens, click on the notepad icon.
The notepad can be used similar to your basket. Please find a short instruction below.

saved on your account.
Please take the time to
review. For any changes,
please contact Customer
Service (see “contact”).

4 Abandoned Shopping
Carts
Shows all open shopping
baskets on your account.
You can either add these
items to your shopping
basket again or clear the
basket if you do not
need the product any
more. If you ever feel
like you lost a selection
due to connectivity
problems or other,
please check this feature
to look for you latest
selections.

7. Additional features in the shop

- News gives you latest information about ANITA-related and professional topics.
- Under Download, you can download and save relevant marketing material like picutres (in

screen (72dpi) or print (300 dpi) quality – please follow our CI policy), videos, logos,but also our
current catalogs. Make sure to check your download area frequently for updated material!
- Support offers you instructions to download on how to change your password, fast search &
order, open your shopping card or go to the download area.
