Why does your customer need a
supportive Sports Bra?
Wearing the proper inner and outerwear garments for training and
sports activities is crucial to overall comfort and performance.
High Impact Sports Bras are designed to meet the
extra demands of any active lifestyle.
• To avoid pain and overstretching the sensitive connective
tissue, it is important to wear a properly fitted and designed
sports bra during exercise.
• When running, cross-fit training, cycling and other forms
of exercise the breast tissue is exposed to extreme strain;
moving up and down approximately 3 ½ inches per step.
• Wearing a perfectly fitting Sports Bra, breast
movement is reduced up to 78%.
Fit Check Points
Keep in mind the tape measure is just a guide. The checkpoints below
will tell you if her bra is fitting correctly or if you need to make
adjustments.
BAND: Check that the band is straight and parallel to the floor. A new bra should fit
snug on the loosest hook.
CENTER: The center of the bra, both underwire and non-wire, should rest flat against
the chest wall.
CUPS: The cup of the bra should lay smooth, with all breast tissue contained inside.
If there is breast tissue spilling from the top or bottom of the cup, go up at least 1
cup size. If you see gapping or wrinkling at the top of the cup, double check the band
is fitting snug on the loosest hook. You may need to go down a band or cup size.
STRAPS: In the proper fit, straps should not support the breast tissue. They will
smooth the top of the cup without digging in or falling o . Adjust to where you can
fit 2 fingers underneath.
SUPPORT: When you are getting the proper support from your bra, the fullest part
of your bust should be halfway between your shoulder and your elbow.

Caring for Your Bras
• It is always recommended that you hand wash your bras in a mild
detergent designated for lingerie and delicates. A 3-5 minute soak
in the sink should do.
• If you put your bras in the washing mashine, use a lingerie mesh bag
and always hook the bra before putting it in. Place on a delicate cycle
and only place light weight delicates in the wash with them.
• Never put your bras in the dryer, the heat melts the delicate fibers and
elastic. Always lay flat to dry.
• Rotate your bras daily with 24-48 hours in between wearings.
Having 2-3 sports bras in your wardrobe will allow you to easily
rotate them and extend the life of your bras.
