We guarantee the quality of our materials and products.
If a material or product is defective, please contact
your MatPLUS Account Manager for a Returned
Goods Authorization (RGA). Returned items without
an RGA will be refused. When the defective item is
received, we will replace it or refund your original form
of payment within 15 days.

This guarantee does not apply to adjustments
incidental to the wearing of an item, adjustments due
to physical changes of the wearer, misuse of a product,
or products that have been altered by anyone other
than MatPLUS.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY
Unless defective, returned stock materials may be
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ready-to-wear inserts
and insoles are subject to a $5 restocking fee per pair.

Sales of custom materials, such as custom cut or
fabricated materials and products, including private
labeled products, are final and non-returnable unless
defective.

Materials or products on invoice for longer than 30
days are non-returnable unless defective.

Our SYNERGY FOAMS™ ( p. 18 ) satisfy a wearer's multiple orthosis needs using
laminates of different materials. Another solution is to blend the DNAs of materials to
create a single material with the collective benefits of both. We call these MP BLENDS.

MP FOAM 70® CORK

Despite the advantages of modern materials, we’re sometimes nostalgic for natural
materials. Our blend of EVA and cork achieves both. MP CORK is lightweight,
flexible, and shock absorbing. Recommended as a base layer for sport orthoses.
Ideal for modifications and postings.

For some, there’s no school like old school. They’re loyal to the reliable
materials and methods they mastered through the years. Their preferences
are still relevant despite new challengers. They are classics.

One such classic is Plastazote®. Made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE), it
is a proven staple for orthoses, including a standard material for SADMERC
approved diabetic insoles. Plastazote is lightweight, strong, and impervious
to bacteria.

Note: There are inferior PE foams referring to themselves as Plastazote.
Be assured that our PE foams are genuine Plastazote.

Mechanical exaggerations of the foot may require a
functional orthosis, rather than a passive orthosis, to
support or correct the foot. MatPLUS prefabricated
functional shells are an economical and instant
solution.

Shells are constructed from strong HDPE plastic or
polypropylene plastic, providing superior support
or control when foams alone would be prohibitively
bulky. Shells can be layered with foams or top covers
to create the ultimate insert or insole. MatPLUS
shells are thermo-moldable and can be re‑molded
