How to Acquire QR Codes from Human
Focus for Winpac users

Access Human Focus on: Internet
explorer/google chrome

Logging on to Human Focus

Enter organisation number: hfe00424
… Person Identifier: Winpac user payroll number

Password: Summer15 (case sensitive)
Click: Log in

Check to see if the customer has a payroll number

Left hand menu click on administration
Click on Trainees

Click on Trainee Editor



Enter customer surname in filter text box

Click on Return or Update Filter

Process to follow once Payroll Number Available

Log out as winpac user and log back in with the details below

Enter organisation number: hfe00424

Person Identifier: customer payroll number



Password: Summer15 (case sensitive)

Click: Log in

Print Training card snip images to add to Winpac

To set up QR code Log on to Human Focus as winpacuser

Enter organisation number: hfe00424
Person Identifier: Winpac user payroll number or
… davidlong

Password: Summer15 (case sensitive)
Click: Log in

No Payroll Number- Process to follow to set up a spoof payroll
number and QR Code

Add Trainees

Setting Up QR Code

Spoof code+ 3 digits If provided add on if Full name in Title

Click on Insert new
batch

Checking the customer is on the system and adding Job Title

Left hand menu click on administration
Click on Trainees

Click on Trainee Editor



Enter customer surname in filter text box
Click on Return or Update Filter

Click on Select to select the right customer
Click on Edit

Checking the customer is on the system and adding Job Title

Under Archive details input Job Title in Title Case
Click on Update to the left of the candidate details
… If you re click on select to the right of the customer the

job title will show below.

Removing customers from the system if errors occur/Staff leavers

On receipt of a leavers ID card you require to remove them from
the system

Click on select to the right of the person
Click on archive bottom left of details
